This is a two level condo. Furnished with all linen, full kitchen,
micro, dishwasher, oven, GE counter top range, gas grille (REMOVED: fire regulations have required us to remove this), washer, dryer, DirecTV and secure Wi-Fi, more.

Christmas/New Years minimum rental: six nights. Before Dec 27; or the six nights of Dec 27 and after. Minimum 12 nights if want over both holidays.

There are three bedrooms with queen beds. Two of the bedrooms have bunk
beds.

One car garage, parking for another outside and complex hot tub* (it is currently OUT of service (1/1/26)..... this is an ASSOIATION TUB AND NOT OUR RESPONSIBILTY IF OUT OF SERVICE)... inquire if it is repaired!!!) is 70 feet out the front door. The complex is just 16 units and is quiet and secluded. Located just one block off Main Street.

Easy walk (2 blocks) to the free shuttle service which services Summit County and all (Copper, Breck, Keystone)the ski resorts.

Convenient Frisco Location with Plenty of space and beds

We had a great visit at Dale's place, with convenient bus access to Copper Mountain and easy walk to downtown Frisco.Condo is spacious with plenty of beds for all our guests.Kitchen is well equipped and very functional. Large dining table and comfortable living room made mealtime and chill time very nice.

Get-away family of adults

Great location - super near Frisco business district. Condo is nestled, snug up against the big mountain, great views! All amenities as advertised, great to have a covered garage as the last night we were there at Snow, 6 inches! We’d stay there again and recommend that you stay there, too!

Skiing trip

The property has a wonderful location within walking distance of downtown Frisco. The kitchen is outfitted very well with cooking utensils, pots, and pans and plenty of silverware and dishes. The owner was very responsive.

Frisco vacation

The condo was great. We had plenty of room for the 9 of us. It was great that we were able to walk into the town of Frisco. We loved that there was hiking trails that were close. We loved the fact that we did not have to drive far to do stuff.

Fun in Frisco

The property worked out great for our family and friends to enjoy a ski getaway together. There was very good communication from the beginning making sure we were all set, then my question after arrival was quickly answered. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay here again.

Fantastic stay, super host!!!

Perfect stay for two families. Host is beyond imagination, taking care of all the needs and making sure the property well kept neat and clean. Great communication and attention to details. Location is close to everything Copper, Breck, Keystone walk distance to main street with restaurants. Would definitely stay again and it's real gem for the reasonable price.

Six days of skiing and mountain fun

This property was in close proximity to everything we enjoyed. Keystone skiing, Silverthorne shopping and a short walk to Frisco downtown were great features. The unit was spacious for us, well stocked and very comfortable. It felt like home away from home. The owners communicated well and were very helpful throughout the reservation process, the time leading up to the stay and during our time there. We would stay here again in any season of the year.

Great value

This is a really good value and a great place to stay for a family ski trip. Close to the free bus stop, though I would park at the park and ride vs walk from the condo with all my gear. Nothing fancy but has what you need. Dale is a great host - very communicative. Only bummer, and it was a major one, was the hot tub was out of commission our entire stay. Dale tried his best, but could not get it running for us.

SUPER HOST & GREAT LOCATION

Dale is the best of hosts... super responsive. Being from NC, I don't speak Iowa-nese but once we resolved the language barrier (just kidding), we had a great stay. Everything was as represented and Dale is readily available to answer any questions. Easy 15 minute drive to either Copper or Breck. Great restaurants (everyone agreed that 5th Avenue Grill was the best) and brew pubs just a couple of blocks away. Pioneer Sports, near I-70, was the quickest ski rental I've ever done and they are open till 9:00 PM, so you can get your skis the night before you hit the slopes. I'm still wondering why we didn't stay longer. We had a wonderful father, son & friends long weekend - thanks for letting us stay Dale! - Bill Dudley/NC

Good for the price. Would have been 4 star if oven and garage door had worked properly

The condo was a bit outdated but the price was great, so no complaints there. Pretty frustrated that the oven didn’t work. We brought and prepared a bunch of food to bake but ended up having to eat out every night instead (which was a cost we didn’t expect to incur)... The condo comfortably holds 10 people like the posting suggests and has hot tub access. To find out after we booked that we would be “watched” and fined $100 if more than 5 people were in the hot tub area at one time was a bit unexpected, to say the least. The garage door also did not work properly... Would have given a 4 star rating if the oven and garage door were functioning.

Just What We Needed

Dale's three bedroom, seven bed unit was the perfect unit for our group of four friends for a 5 day ski trip, hitting different resorts each day. Of course it is not walkable to a lift, BUT you can park easily and be within 20 minutes of Breck and Keystone, 30 of Vail and 45 of Beaver Creek, as well as being right next to I-70 for access to/from Denver. On top of this, Frisco is a great little town with mainstreet just a block from the unit with a good variety of restaurants and bars - just book ahead in season - and a few blocks to a number of good ski servicing/rental locations, Wholefoods, Walmart and multiple other useful stores. The unit itself is very comfortable, maybe no frills and a little dated in places but certainly all we needed to cook reasonably sophisticated meals, store equipment and relax in super comfy chairs/sofa in front of the smart TV. The pantry has a bonus starter legacy set of cooking basics which is always welcome rather than having to buy these for just a couple of days.

Frisco is a great mountain town for summer or winter vacations. Why they chose this property

Frisco is an awesome town. Everything is a level, short walk away. Bike or ski rentals are two blocks down the street (NOT mountainside prices :) ), the summit bike path is two blocks away (runs from Vail to Breckenridge to Keystone). Vail is 25 miles, Copper 6, Breck 9, Keystone 9! Take the free bus from two blocks away... straight to the lifts at Breck or Copper Mtn. 8 delicious eateries within 6 blocks

What makes this property unique

We self manage the rental of our home. Our cleaning service is punctual and thorough. You get a very comfortable home that is clean and just like you would find at your home. (Our rates are low because we don't pay a management company's fees.)

PETS: Because of questionable tenant allergies and tenant comfort, we do NOT allow pets. Simply, pets leave scents, dander, urine, etc. (I manage our personal rentals in Atlantic, IA and have 30 years experience with this potential problem.) What happens is your pet leaves a mark. The next tenant's pet smells the other and marks the spot for itself. Then comes the next and the next. Then comes carpet replacement.
