Thank you for your review and for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear the listing was accurate overall, but we sincerely apologize for the disappointment with the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub service company has been working on the repair and is currently waiting on a replacement part to complete the fix. We understand many guests choose this property specifically for that amenity, and we’re sorry it wasn’t available while you were here. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us improve. We hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again in the future with the hot tub fully operational and everything running smoothly.
