Inquire now for the Summer of 2026. The house has two units for rent. Rent one unit with up to 8 people or rent both units with up to 16 people. Photos are online of each unit. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Below are the weeks available:

- July - all booked
- August 8-15th on the second floor
- August 22-29th on the first floor
- August 22-29th on the second floor
- September 5 and onward on both floors


- May & June - $ 2,000/week, per unit
- July & August - $ 2,500/week, per unit
- September & October - $2,000/week, per unit

This is a lovely, very clean, beautiful home that has recently been updated. The duplex house has 2 units, there is a first floor unit and a second floor unit. Each unit has a separate entrance. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room. Each unit has 2 queen-sized beds, 2 twin-sized beds, 1 queen-sized pullout sleeper couch, and a loveseat. Rent one unit or both units for a large group/family. One unit sleeps up to 8 people or both units sleeps up to 16 people.

There is also a large yard with 2 outdoor private showers, 2 gas B-B-Q grills, patio sets with umbrellas, and lounge chairs. In front, there is a four car parking capacity on the property and plenty of street parking.

The house is located a short walk from the Lavallette beach. The Lavallette beach has lifeguards present at swim zones during beach hours. Lavallette charges a fee to go onto the beach, however we do provide 2 complementary beach badges for your stay. Additional beach badges can be purchased from the town.

This rental is available seasonal, monthly, or weekly. Both floors work great for large families. Make the summer of 2024 a summer to remember! You will want to return again next year!
