About this property

Updated Condo on Beautiful Pensacola Beach!

Weekly rentals only for the months of June, July, and part of August, Saturday to Saturday. Discounted weekly and monthly rentals for the months of February, November, and December. Unit F5 condo renovated and offers a very comfortable setting for a vacation. This unit on the first floor is located in the middle of the complex with a view of the swimming pool and clubhouse from the balcony.
The beach access is less than 100 yards through the Villa property. The beaches of Pensacola are exceptionally beautiful with white sand and sparkling blue water.
The condo is equipped with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Flat screen TVs are located in the living room and both bedrooms. There are board games and books located in the condo The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking pleasure. Bathrooms have been renovated.
Roku streaming and Wifi are available in the condo. There is a laundry facility at the complex. There is a lagoon adjacent to the building. Feeding the ducks is a favorite past time for all ages.
There is a trolley service that stops at the Villas and provides transportation to restaurants, shopping, and Bands on the Beach. This service is available from mid May to Labor Day. Every Tuesday night there is music provided by a band on the beach. This begins in April and lasts through October.

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean and provided all of the amenities that you would need. The beach is just a short walk away or you can sit on the patio overlooking the garden and the pool. We will be back!

This was a perfect spot for us! After grabbing some food, we had all we needed there. We appreciated the collection of games to keep us busy when it rained. When the sun was out, we were beach ready with lounge chairs, toys, and towels. Pat and Roger were responsive and helpful when we reached out too. Thank you for a great family get-away! Sunny days at the beach

My husband and I had a family wedding in Mobile and took the following week to relax and enjoy the beautiful Pensacola beach. This is our second stay at the Keen condo. Beautiful beach stay

The condo was clean and comfortable, and we had a short 2 minute walk to the beach. The only problem we had was a flash flood that totaled our granddaughter's car. This trip has taught us to ask about weather scenarios when we book a vacation! We would stay again!

Great Location and facilities

My sister and I took her two grandkids for our annual beach week the last weekend in June. This year we chose Pensacola Beadh and had a great time in your condo. It’s clean and modern with absolutely everything we could have needed. We loved being by the pool and able to walk right over to the beach. If we can afford it, we will come back again! The beaches are beautiful and the Villas property is well maintained. We have family in the area and wanted to be closer to them.

What makes this property unique

We chose to purchase this condo because it was newly renovated and and decorated. We enjoy the view from the balcony and listening to the seagulls in the morning. We enjoy feeding the ducks with our granddaughter and our walks on one of the most beautiful beaches.
