Villas of Cedar Cove

All posted prices are for 6 or fewer people. Like new 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home 2.5 miles from the beach. There is off street
parking for two cars. The first floor has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, dinning room,
living room and ½ bath. The living room has a 55" flat screen Television. The
master bedroom suite is also on the first floor and has a large private bath and walk in
closet. This bedroom has a King size bed and television.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, television, large closets, with an
adjoining loft with television and full bath. The loft has comfortable seating and
overlooks the living room.

This community has a pool for all guests and is located across the street. The pool is open
during the season from 8 am to 8 pm.

The home has central air conditioning along with a washer, dryer, and WIFI. We no longer have cable television but there is streaming capabilities on five smart television sets.

No Smoking and No Pets. Owner does not supply linens or towels. Renter must bring their own linens and towels or make arrangements to rent linens with a local rental company. We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season. When rented less than a week, rates and shorter rental times must be negotiated. There is a $160.00 cleaning fee in addition to the rental amount and the refundable security deposit paid separately from the rental amount paid to VRBO.

We rent weekly during the summer season.

The $300.00 security deposit must be paid with the signed rental agreement. This amount is separate from the amount paid to VRBO. All security deposits are returned when keys are returned to owner.
