About this property

Spacious Intracoastal Condo

A spacious two-bedroom, two bath condo across the street from the beach. It is perfect for a family getaway or a romantic vacation with beautiful sunsets. It is within walking distance to great local restaurants and bars including Salt Rock Grill. If you choose to stay in, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath, and a walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin size beds. Also included are a washer and dryer, as well as a two-car garage. Relax on any of our two balconies, one of which looks over the pool. You can watch boats go by or fish off our pier on the intracoastal waterway.

Hop on the trolley and head to Clearwater or St. Petersburg for shopping or a fun night out. There are kayak, paddleboards and boats that you can rent nearby. Enjoy everything that the Tampa Bay area has to offer, including Busch Gardens, Professional sports, and concert venues. If you want to venture a little bit farther, Orlando is 98 miles away.

Wonderful time at a beautiful place!

Once again we loved every minute of our vacation. So nice and close to everything while being peaceful at the same time. Had everything we needed for the kitchen, and beach chairs and wagon for our days at the beach. Loved that two cars fit in the garage as we had family come over a few different days to visit. Everything was fabulous!

Overall, my stay at this condo was great! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, especially with the beach being right across the street! The amenities were a nice bonus. My only suggestions would be to add a TV to the second bedroom and update the existing TVs to smart TVs. These small improvements would definitely enhance the guest experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous vacation

The condo had everything we needed. The pool was a wonderful temperature for swimming everyday. All the beach stuff we needed was available... wagons, chairs, towels, and plenty of sand toys. We loved walking to the nearby shops, watching the sunsets, fishing off the back pier, and even rented beach bikes from next door. The garage easily fit 2 vehicles for the days we had company stop over.

Great week!

Very nice quiet place in a perfect location. Beach access is only a few minutes walk from this place. In the garage they have a few wagons to pull all your gear which helped tremendously. Restaurants, ice cream shop and anything else you could think of is within a 5-mile radius.

2021 Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time! Spacious & clean. The rental has all that was needed for a week at the beach. We flew in, so could not bring “normal” beach items. We did buy an easy-up because there were no umbrellas, but were more than happy to leave it there considering that was all we had to go buy! Really had all we needed:) Beach access was 2 blocks up across the street.

Great location

Hauling luggage and groceries up three flights is not for the elderly but it's worth the hike. Large brightly lit spaces give it a real Florida feel. Our only complaint is the tired and soiled living room furniture.

Mariners Point

The location was great. We have stayed in this same complex before and enjoyed our time here. The only issues we had were all the road noise and the trash trucks at 7am several times per week(not the owners fault). The other issue was that we were only given 1 trash bag for 9 days, it would have been nice after paying almost 1600 dollars to have a few trash bags. My wife wasnt happy not having a small container of laundry soap, but the store is right next door. As for our positives we were directly across the street from the beach. Two ice cream shops within .3 miles and of course plenty of places to eat. It's not near as quiet as we had hoped being next to the road and pool, but we enjoyed our vacation non the less.

The location of the condo of perfect! It was right next to the pool and is ideal for children. The beds slept great and the sheets felt brand new. Also, the extras left from previous guests helped a bunch since we flew down. We would love to vacation at this condo again.

Beautiful! Tons of space and close to beach.

We had a great time during our stay! Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. Short walk to the beach, next to an ice cream shop and right by the pool. Great location on Gulf blvd, shirt drive to so many things! We will def be coming back!
