Thank you for your interest! Our beautiful home in the historic Highlands is currently available for rent. Our convenient location is walking distance to many area restaurants & attractions. Coffee, ice cream, a grocery store, and cafes are all just a few blocks away. There are several beautiful parks in walking distance as well. It's a short drive to the expressway or downtown Louisville. Our home has three bedrooms plus a bonus room, a spacious living area with sectional sofa and plenty of additional seating, an updated fully stocked kitchen, a large farm table which seats 8-10 people, two and a half baths, a patio with a dining table plus a serene screened porch, that is perfect for evening cocktails! Our spacious yard is beautifully landscaped. We have a fireplace, 2 flat screen tvs, cable, Netflix, Xbox 360. Please feel free to contact us about our charming home in this historic neighborhood!

Perfect cute little house for Derby

We had an amazing stay for our Derby weekend. Great for 3 couples with plenty of room, only regret was not having the time to enjoy it more. The owners are amazing and thought of everything.

Amazing home and an amazing family to rent from

Ali was super easy to work with, she answered emails quickly. We were greeted by the family upon arrival and they took the time to show us around their home as well as giving us tips on where to eat and what to do in Louisville. I would highly recommend this home to rent!
