Beautiful, Inviting 2BD, 2BA. Horizon South 30C, Private Patio, Walk to Beach.

This tropical paradise, your beach destination, is an inviting ground floor condo located in Horizon South, a popular resort in Panama City Beach. A 5 minute stroll takes you to our beach access and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit features tropical coastal furnishings in every room, including the patio. We do require that renter is 25 years old or older. No Exceptions. Pets are NOT allowed. PLEASE NOTE: The resort requires that quests over the age of five (5) wear a wrist band while on the premises. These are purchased from the office at $20.00 each. The resort also requires a $25.00 parking pass for all vehicles and a $40.00 pass for trailers.
Sunsets are particularly beautiful at this beach resort and the large patio is a favorite spot to relax as the day winds down. This 22 acre family friendly resort has many recreational amenities such as 3 pools, a lighted tennis court, hot tub, mini golf, 2 pool tables plus other table games in the recreation room, library, and exercise room for everyone to enjoy. Fine Dining or Casual restaurants, grocery stores, and ballfields are a short distance away. We are also a 5 minute drive from fabulous Pier Park, a unique shopping and entertainment destination.
Kitchen - everything needed for family dinners or entertaining. Stainless steel appliances.
Dining area - seats 4 comfortably
Living room - comfortable sofa, chairs and large screen TV with cable.
Downstairs bedroom - 1 king bed, dresser, chest, full bath/shower. (No TV)
Upstairs bedroom - 2 queen beds, chest, full bath/shower walk-in closet, T.V.
Private fenced patio - table, chairs, outdoor shower, charcoal grill.
Check-out before 10 a.m. Check in at 3 p.m.

We love horizon south and stay every year for the week of the 4th but this was our first year with this unit. Overall the condo was really nice and well stocked with linen, basic toiletries, and beach accessories.
