The cabin view was beautiful. Cabin is a bit outdated. Dinner Plates chipped and back to tv controller missing. Garbage was all over side yard when we got there. Main house key was not there like said it was. Otherwise the stay was ok!

This is our second stay at Melissa’s gorgeous lake view, hot tub cabin on Dale Hollow. The view’s and the hot tub are why we keep coming back. Melissa is alway quick to answer any questions and keep you up to date on any foreseen issues as there was a small water leak on the morning of the day of our arrival. Melissa messaged us and keep us updated. The hot tub was clean and ready for us on the day of arrival. There is a few nice country style food restaurants in town. Two marines a short distance away, as well as a nice stat park Cordell Hull Birthplace which also has a cave you can schedule to view at certain time of the year. We already have our trip for next year planned.

The downstairs had a leaking air conditioner vent. This caused water on the floor and the room smelled of mold. The up stairs was hot because the air conditioner vents were leaking downstairs and little cold air was making it upstairs.

The views from the cabin are the main reason I rented this place. It could use some updates and replacement furniture. The internet went out twice while we were there, and none of the other entertainment devices worked. Not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. There were bugs in the basement area. It could really use a deep cleaning. Not the worst place, but not the best.

View was amazing but it felt like a motel 6. Very old and stained furniture throughout. Blankets and towels were old. Beds in the basement were old. HVAC system couldn't keep up. Shower head was limited. It was 80 degrees when we got there and never got below 71. The description should have been more accurate. Big fan upstairs doesn't work. Bathroom was full of bugs. Host was kind but the place was well below expectations. They require pictures of the garbage to avoid a 50 fee but touching the thing was gross due to it falling apart and covered in mushrooms.

Perfect to stay for fishing tournament

The place was great for my buddy and I to stay for a fishing tournament. Located close to a ramp and not too far from town. It was perfect for what we needed to stay in the area, the view was amazing and the house was great!

Amazing Views!

Had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with the family enjoying the amazing views at this lake house. The hot tub is great and you can take in the views from there, as well as the deck above. Greatly enjoyed our stay!
