Musicians Dream: Close to Universal Studios

Warm, spacious musician's home with old Hollywood bungalow charm. Tree filled lot with 45 ft fenced pool (unheated but warm July -Sept), patio/barbecue area and lawn. Living space has open floor plan with high ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, bay windows, woodburning fireplace and eat-in kitchen. Living room is entertainment focused with 55" 4K Ultra HD Smart TV, surround sound, cable//DVD and a baby grand piano. Dining room seats 5-6 comfortably. Computer area has antique desk, printer, 5G, and high speed wireless internet. Master bedroom has queen bed, French doors to deck and yard, large closet with overhead suitcase storage, and 40" Smart TV. Master bath has two-person jacuzzi tub/shower with antique vanity and bidet. Second bedroom has double bed, additional single bed and 40" Smart TV. Queen sleeper sofa in living room and single rollaway bed in closet.
Musicians Dream is a single family home on a double lot. Tenants have private use of the house, backyard, pool and tenant driveway (left side of property.) Owners occupy right side of property (fenced, no shared space). There is a Ring doorbell and Ring camera on the front porch.

I had a great stay in Jeannine and Steve’s home. I was in the area for 2.5 months for work and their home provided everything I needed and - as a woman traveling alone - felt incredibly safe. Steve and Jeannine were easy to contact but kept their distance. Main bed was super comfy and the shower was delightful!

This was a wonderful home in a nice and convenient neighborhood. We'ver rented several homes in this area and I was impressed with the space, comfort and features The neighborhood is very walkable (though without sidewalks) and is convenient to highways, stores, coffe shops, and restaurants.

What a perfect home to stay in when visiting Hollywood. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, there were clear instructions for everything. There was plenty of everything (towels, shampoo, soap, silverware...). Wish we could have stayed longer. Jeannine and Steve were fantastic hosts! Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed and easy to navigate, and of course, the yards and the swimming pool were awesome. The landscaping is beautiful. All in all, everyone in our group felt at home and relaxed. It was perfect.

Perfect place for our L.A. stay with adult children

Beautiful yard and pool in a quiet neighborhood that is close to all the action. Great place to land at the end of our busy days. We're a musical family, and really enjoyed gathering around the piano, too! Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. Definitely recommend!

The property is as described. It really is a beautiful yard and setting. The pool was a big factor in our choice for the property and it did not disappoint. The landscaping and atmosphere was very relaxing. There was a lot of privacy in the yard. The location is great for Universal Studios too.

This was our fourth time staying and we always feel at home and welcome. The owners are very courteous and attentive. The house has everything you need. You barely need to pack anything, just your clothes. The market is just around the corner. Great for grabbing what you need. Target with the groceries wasn’t too far away either.

The most charming house

We loved our stay here. I loved the house, as did my whole family. It had everything we needed and more. We had so much fun in the pool and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would stay here again. The location was great too.

Perfect home away from home stay!

Our stay here was incredibly comfortable. This was by far the best-stocked of any vacation rental we have ever stayed in -- everything from choices of pillows, to comfy throws for watching t.v., to ziplok bags in the kitchen -- the hosts put a lot of thought and care into making a stay here a true home away from home experience. The pool was great, and we loved being able to cook on the grill poolside. Plenty of pool towels available, and we appreciated the clothesline to be able to dry swimsuits and towels!Finally, the location was super convenient to everywhere we planned to go, and pizza and grocery stores are nearby. For fun, Universal is literally just a few minutes away.

Lovely home in great location

This was the perfect spot for our family of 3. Our toddler loved the piano, the master bath was fun to play in, and we had everything we needed. The location is so convenient to LA adventures as well.

Comforts of Home

Our second months-long stay in this lovely, warm home. The exceptionally attentive hosts even found a generator to keep power on during an extended outage. They made sure that we were comfortable. We look forward to another visit.
