Perfect location! Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach! Lots of shops & great food within a 10 minute walk!The townhouse was nice and perfect for our week stay. Had everything we needed. The views from the rooftop were amazing.Host was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed!

This property had everything you need to host your friends or family for the week. Plenty of beach and bath towels, well stocked kitchen for large group meals, and plenty of beach things so you don’t have to pack your own. The second fridge was a huge bonus when getting groceries for a crowd.

Great stay for our family of 7! Quiet and relaxing. Plenty of beach chairs and gear to enjoy long days on the beach along with easy & quick access to the beach. Within walking distance to everything. helpful comment only is to add some additional bath towels. Host was very responsive when I had questions!

The property itself is excellent—conveniently located within walking distance of everything, with plenty of beach toys for the kids, garage parking, and great views from the top floor. The host was also great with communication and quickly sent cleaners while we were out, who resolved most of the issues.Unfortunately, the place was filthy when we arrived. There was sand everywhere, chips and crackers under all the furniture, a very dirty staircase, stains on the bed sheets, and boxers and swim trunks left shoved in various places. We also found mold on the shower curtain and green algae/mold on the jacuzzi nozzles. We didn’t notice the shower curtain and jacuzzi problems until later that night, so we weren’t able to use either during our stay.If the property had been clean, we would have rated it much higher. The dirtiness soured the trip and left us feeling uncomfortable the whole time.

Excellent accomodations, very clean, hot tub was great way to end the day. Host provided everything desired for the beach and the park just across the street was added bonus. Host was very gracious to provide extra pack n plays for the grand children.

This is our secret vacation getaway in Clearwater Beach! These townhouses are absolutely perfect for our large family vacations. Plenty of room for our 4 adult, sometimes 5 kids group, with enough breathing room so no one feels couped up. The kitchen and baths are all well put together, off street parking for 2 vehicles, ADA friendly with small private elevators, and nice rooftop deck with hot tub to enjoy the nearly 360* view of the gorgeous Clearwater Beach island north of the Pier. Host has excellent communication... Zero issues. A
