The location cannot be beat! So nice to stay on a first floor condo with all the amenities of the high-rise. The configuration of the rooms and beds was perfect for our family. Thanks so much for the great memories from our stay at your house.

Fabulous spring break with small children

Pros and cons….

Pro’s: Location (close to Barefoot Landing and multiple restaurants), very spacious unit, 3 full baths (great master bath), pool (plus lazy river, kiddie pool and hot tub), beautiful beach and easy beach access, parking. Cons: furniture is so old and literally worn out and torn in multiple spots, carpet is old and torn where it meets the kitchen tile. The place just needs and update. Whoever cleans does a terrible job. We had to clean the place after check in. Candy, crumbs, food (chips) and litter under cushions, behind and under furniture etc. definitely a quick “surface” clean. Overall due to the location and size of the unit we had a good vacation. Ultimately it’s about who you’re with.

Great Beach Location

I would rent from this location again,but not this unit. It was a great location on the first floor and easy access to the beach. The staff at the condo unit were friendly and helpful. The building and pools are clean, and it is landscaped nice. My only compliant was the cleanliness of the unit. As soon as you entered, a musty stink hits you from a smelly wash machine. We ran bleach through it and cleaner and it didn't get rid of the stench. The dryer vent looked like it had never been clean. The air conditioner filter looked like it was making a wool sweater. This unit needs to be painted and a through deep cleaning. I would also recommend the owners to invest in good quality linens and new couches.

Great Unit...Upkeep and cleanliness was horrible.

We pay an exorbitant fee for cleaning and laundry...what a rip off. We have pictures of a where we wiped up dirt from the floor. A band aid was stuck to the inside of a waste basket. The bed spread was on the floor in the closet. I could go on and on. Never checked into a place where there is not ONE roll of toilet paper anywhere. Three bathrooms...nothing. Obviously better not have to use a bathroom when you arrive. Normally that's a common courtesy. Furniture is worn out...holes right thru to the foam on the couch and love seat. A desperate college kid wouldn't pick those up from the side of the road. The place is like a Hollywood set...items are there, but they don't really work. Even with light bulbs delivered, one lamp never worked. How about a shower curtain rod with no spring tension. You would get hit in the head if you moved the shower curtain. How about a toilet paper holder post with no spring in it. Better be delicate with that. We had maintenance replace one bathroom faucet that continually dripped to trickled. We purchased a new manual can opener because the existing one was broken. We would have gladly vacuumed but the vacuum cleaner bag was over stuffed with no replacement. Well that's a start. Excellent wallpaper and room colors. Nice pictures. Van
