Your Flagstaff home away from home

This beautiful "home away from home" has an attached 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and small backyard with a patio table. Living room has a natural gas fireplace and 55-inch LED HD TV and Blu-ray player. Dining room has a large marble table that seats 8 people in addition to the kitchen counter that seats 3. High speed internet and Wi-Fi provided. All TVs have firestick access to TV apps including YouTube TV.
Sleeping accommodations:
*Linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided.*
-Master Bedroom has a queen size pillow-top bed, private bathroom, and LED TV.
-Second Bedroom has a queen size pillow-top bed, walk in closet, and LED TV.
-Third Bedroom has a full/twin bunk bed. The bedroom also has an LED TV, DVD player, and a desk.

During the summer months, a window A/C will be installed downstairs to cool the entire first floor. A second portable A/C unit is available upstairs which can be moved to the room of your choice. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan as well, to keep the rooms comfortable.

Diana was super responsive. A couple of issues came up during our stay and she immediately took action to resolve them. The townhouse was nice and well kept. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We were able to check-in early and allowed to check-out late at no extra charge which was very nice.

Great All-around Stay

Flagstaff is perfect for summer! We are very happy with this townhouse and would stay here again. Fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the vaulted ceilings in the living room and the beds were very comfy. The shower water pressure was the BEST! We really enjoyed that! There is a train that runs often, but the sounds of the in-room air conditioners usually drowned that out. Lots of movie / TV channels and apps. We rode our bikes to the Flagstaff Mall / Safeway / Harkins Theater. So nice to park in the big garage every night. Great neighborhood for daily walks - lots of variety in the homes. We saw elk, deer and raccoons. Diana was wonderful to deal with. Overall we are very pleased.

Vacation in Flagstaff

I highly recommend this property. I stayed for a month which unplanned was during the Covid-19 isolation. So even though all the sites and amenities were very close I was unable to visit any of them. I was more than pleased to find the home completely stocked with all the essentials and cleaning supplies including wipes. I was thankful I didn’t have to go searching for these very scarce products. We will definitely try to come to Flagstaff again and will certainly book this property.

Enjoyed our stay

Diana was very welcoming. She decorated for Christmas, which our kids loved since we had spent Christmas Eve and part of Christmas Day there. The place was very clean and location was great! We highly recommend and should we stay in Flagstaff again, we will request to stay here again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

I spent a few months at Diana's while I was in town for work and it was absolutely perfect. They have everything you could possibly need to live comfortably away from home. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and is just a short (15 minute) commute to pretty much anywhere in town. The townhouse is very clean and well taken care of and Diana responds quickly to anything you may need during your stay. I highly recommend this place for anyone searching for a place to call their home away from home.

Home sweet home

We loved this home. This was the perfect spot as the location is close to Grand Canyon and Walnut Canyon. This home was very clean and included many extras including bathroom and kitchen essentials available for us to use. Linens and towels were high quality. (Which is very important to me). The neighborhood is quiet. We will be back.

This townhouse was absolutely lovely! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. As soon as you walk in you feel cozy and at home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the TV was ready to be watched and the fire place topped it off. Beds are very much comfortable with beautiful views. It was organized, well maintained, and very clean. The managers are good people, sweet, and nice. They took good care of us. I suggest this property to anyone who wants to have fun and get away, its the perfect place to go. I enjoyed going out fishing which wasn't to far from there and had a nice meal at the near by restaurants.

Can't wait to return

This is an absolutely a wonderful place to stay. Its clean, organized, and well maintained. The place is fully equipped which is so convenient all you need is food and drinks. The TV has cable and wifi and the fireplace is a extra wonderful touch to the place as soon as you walk in its cozy and you feel right at home. The owners are wonderful and sweet nice people you cant cant any better than that at any other place. I would recommend this place to anyone or everyone that is looking to get away and have fun. I loved going fishing out there and its not even that far. The restaurants are close by and people are very nice.

Spacious, Modern Townhome

This is a lovely town-home with three bedroom and two baths. The unit is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. The cutlery, cooking utensils, and cooking supplies available were impressive. We ate two meals a day here during our stay and cooking in the spacious kitchen was a joy. My brother-in-law liked the large screen TV in the vaulted greatroom. The beds were super comfy and the unit was very quite on a private court. Lots of soft thick towels in the hall closet. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this lovely townhouse for an extended stay in Flagstaff through Sept and October. The entire experience was wonderful, from the ease of dealing with the owners on the rental agreement/payment, to exceeding all my expectations on size of house, amenities included (Directv in each room with TV's, living room with Huge flatscreen tv, all kitchenware you would need) and location. The value for price is unheard for a Flagstaff rental and moving forward I could not imagine a trip to Flagstaff without checking to see if this property is available, whether a weekend visit or extended stay. Great experience - Elk Run Townhouse

Everything the owner said it would be and more! Great town home, backed up to the golf course just 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff. Well maintained, clean, nice neighborhood. We had 4 adults and two children, plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms. The owner was very quick to respond and made sure we had all the information we needed. Would stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Great Stay in Flag

We really enjoyed the space in this townhouse. A friend joined my husband and me on this trip to see our college daughter. So we had a non-family member who enjoyed the privacy of her own room. Daughter came to stay a few nights, too. We were able to cook a full scale meal in the nicely equipped kitchen. We did some laundry and were able to park our car in a garage- for no more than you would spend at the Residence Inn! We made day trips to the Grand Canyon and one to Sedona and Jerome. It was great coming back to our home base. The bath towels were thick & cozy. The kitchen could have used a few more dish towels and the internet connection did not work well. The TV was BIG- great for watching a movie together. In all, a nice place to stay & worth the price.

We are a mother and daughter who have lived in Arizona since 1992. We are very familiar with the whole state and especially love the Flagstaff area.

Why they chose this property

We previously lived in this townhouse when it was first built. We love going up to visit the Flagstaff area, so decided to begin using this as our vacation home and rent it out a portion of the year as well. Because we do stay pretty often, we are always ensuring the home is kept current with everything necessary to make it feel like home and in great condition.

What makes this property unique

It's fully stocked with extra linens, towels, plenty of kitchen accessories and basically everything you'll need to settle right in. We try to ensure it really has that "home" feeling with the accessories (such as a Blu-ray player, Keurig machine, etc) not always commonly found in vacation properties.
