big deck. nice and green backyard, you will feel fresh with the green. high fence with gate padlock, in safe & clean house in Frankston cbd - great location close to everything; within 1km to Frankston train station, bayside s/center - 4 supermarkets around, beach, Monash uni and Frankston hospital, Best value in this standard. lots interesting places to go locally.

your price payment just for the bedroom stay, "no the whole house". shower gel and shampoo, toilet paper included. but "bring your own bath towel". no breakfast provided.
****** the common area "is not" included for guest to use. TV and microwave can be provided in the bedroom to use. There are lots of cafes and restaurants surrounding. you can order take away. "private own entrance"

One Star Accomodation

During 50 years of travel around Australia and overseas we have never found any accomodation unsatisfactory - until now! This place is one star rating at best. All we got were a bed and bathroom, and the bed was jammed in a corner up against a wall and the bathroom was not finished. The walk in robe was cluttered with stuff and unusable. There were no tea /coffee facility or toaster. No cutlery, crockery, fridge, cooking facility (the kitchen has to be shared with the owner and was dirty, untidy and cluttered). No aircon, towels, no chairs, no table, no TV. The owner had parked diagonally across the double driveway so we had to park on the roadside ( a long difficult way to cart luggage). Access is through a padlocked gate, across the unkempt back lawn to the large decking which was also so cluttered that there is only a walkway. That is a risky business in the rain or dark.

Good location close to Frankston Shopping Centre. Quiet street. Accomodation clean and comfortable. Very good security. Will stay there next time I go to Frankston.
