Florida vacation

The property is very nice. The neighborhood is quiet. Everyone is friendly. We didn’t receive our key box code before our arrival so I had to wake the Rental property managers up in the middle of the night to obtain it. They were very nice about it. House is very spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Solana

The villa was very nice. However when we arrived there were no pool towels available nor any oven cook ware. After emailing the (I assume owner) we had 4 pool towels and a small oven baking sheet delivered from Amazon. Certainly not enough pool towels for a 5 bedroom villa. The sheets and comforter on one of the queen size bed was way too small, but again after I mentioned it there was a set of queen size sheets delivered by Amazon. The serving dishes in the kitchen were minimal. I had to buy some serving bowls for company. The wifi cut out on 3 of 4 of our devices and when I mentioned that I was told since I had it on one device, it was not the villa wifi. After going to the club house and able to use my phone on the wifi there, someone came and replaced the router which was malfunctioning. The pool pump and heat was shut of for a few days as the pump needed maintenance. All in all everything was corrected but it was things that should have been in place.

Bed bugs

When we got here we did a walk through and everything seemed fine until we went to bed. The room designated for my five month pregnant sister had so many bed bugs. We called the after hours number and didn't get a response. I called the property owner and they didn't answer but sent an email right after we called. Management came out Saturday morning and told us they would be back to clear out the room but they didn't have any other place to put us. She also said that she would call the owner and tell us what they said. No one called after she and her husband left. No one came and cleared or cleaned out the room. We haven't heard anything from anybody. I am very disappointed and will not be booking with them again. I wish I could insert the pictures that we took.

Dear guest, We regret the inconvenience caused. The first call regarding the issue came in very late at night close to 1am. We did respond back at that time via a text as well as contacted our property management team to follow up. Please understand these villas are not 24x7 staffed like in hotels. Our property manager did visit you in the morning to discuss the issue. She informed me that she had no other villa to relocate your family to at the time and I apologize on her behalf for not communicating that information directly to you. I should also point out that we had a large group right before you and no one complained of any bugs. We do take our guests experience and feedback very seriously so soon after you left, we had the pest control company come in and spray the villa. I'm sure you understand these circumstances are totally beyond our control given the nature of the short term rental business and number of visitors that stay at our villa. I did reimburse a portion of your booking fee as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience. Thank you for staying with us and bringing this matter to our attention.

Great Property-Great Host Commuications

This house is spacious with inviting living areas, including 2 masters and a dining room plus the garage game room. A bit disappointing was the glassware/silverware/pots..did not appear to be clean. We put them in the dishwasher before use, all was fine. There were plenty of dishwasher tabs, which made it easy. The villa is well furnished and the flat screen tvs in the 2 masters and living room were a great touch. The kids room had tvs as well. The game room in the garage was an extra bonus. There was a small circulating fan and it helped with the heat in the garage. The screened pool area was great and there were lots of towels for the family. Our stay was for 3 nights. . The household supplies were minimal, like 2 garbage bags and no dish soap.. The kitchen was even missing a spatula to flip eggs in the am. We used the large BBQ hamburger flipper and it worked. .Thanks for Wilson and Saratoya for the expeditious replies to our emails. .Great directions and area info.
