Debbie was very accommodating and even checked in after a day to make sure everything was going okay. I would recommend this place for a small family. I will return next year for another week.

This was absolutely one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in! The place was clean, pet friendly and I wish we could’ve stayed there longer. The best thing was the check in process, Debbie made sure we new exactly how to get to the house, the nearest grocery story, and even went and turned on the lights when she new we would arrive late. Then there was a personalized welcome note and gift and treats for our dogs! Best host ever!

Our second Fall Break staying at FishHook and we loved it! We lucked out and got great weather! The sun deck on the dock is awesome!. Our son and I caught fish and just had a great time. Hopefully we can get back for the next break. Thank you Debbie!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and helpful with anything we asked. The pecan pie and snacks she provided for us were delicious! We loved sitting and dining on the screened porch. We caught bass off the dock. We had a great time!

Best host ever. Clean, older cabin. Charming. Comfy, clean. Feels like home. Great covered slip for your boat. Great part of lake. Thompson Bridge Park best place to launch your boat.. We spent almost 4 full week here thus summer. Love it.

We had such a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back! Debbie was so thoughtful and very responsive. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We loved the views from the screened in porch and spent most our time playing in the lake. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a special place. Quiet, beautiful lakeside setting. Gorgeous deck on lake. Cabin feels like a really authentic lakeside experience. Extremely comfortable with everything you need. Host extremely welcoming and responsive. Strongly recommended.

You really can’t get better than the fish hook property. Debbie was amazing and the house was exactly as advertised. This place in my opinion is a hidden gym that only those who get to experience it can truly appreciate it. I will be going back as soon as possible. Thank you very much for the opportunity!
