About this property

Roomy Main Street Condo with views of Mt Royal on Bus Route

Our unit is located on Quiet End of Main Street in beautiful Frisco, Colorado. This fully-equipped and completely remodeled unit has skylights, a dry stack stone, floor to ceiling hearth with new gas fireplace, a private deck facing Mount Royal and the bike/hike/snowshoe path that goes throughout Summit County. A free shuttle stops right outside your door to take you to all of the nearby towns and ski areas.

Stroll down Main Street and you will find many wonderful restaurants and great little shops as you walk your way up to the the south end of town and the Lake Dillon Marina. The marina rents all sorts of kayaks, sailboats, and canoes. Right behind and north of our unit are the trailheads for some great hikes. We leave our 'hike book' out for all of our renters to enjoy and add to!

Break away from the over-crowded resort towns, and enjoy a real vacation in Frisco! We are sure you will find, as we have, this is the best little town in Colorado.

The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. The master bedroom has a king and the second bedroom has a queen and a double bed.

The view from the condo is amazing! We loved that the bike/walking path and trailhead to Mt. Royal is just out the back door. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The gas fireplace was a bonus when the temperature dropped when the storms rolled in. Parking was easy. The owner provided the entry code days in advance with great instructions. The property met all of our needs.

Great location, comfortable unit within walking distance to all the restaurants and shops in Frisco. Nice unit to lounge around in and enjoy the natural view of Mt. Royal.

Excellent location, and clean, well stocked unit. Our family of 5 had a very comfortable stay. Be advised, if anyone in your group has mobility issues, this is a third floor unit with no elevator. Our fit, athletic family found it a little tiring to bring our belongings upstairs, but it was well worth the effort.

It's a very nice property, beautiful view of a mountain out the back. Great location. Easy access to Breck and Keystone and not far from Vail. The property was very comfortable. I would be happy to stay there again.

Great property for a ski stay

Nice, roomy apartment, close to Copper, Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, Vail. Bus to Copper is right outside! The property abuts directly on the rec path and Mt. Royal out the back door, but is only a 10 minute walk to restaurants in the heart of Frisco.

Great value and location. Clean, and perfect layout for a family of 5. A few recommendations would be: extra blankets and pillow cases; better dishwasher (dishes often need to be rerun); more lighting over the couch area.

Wonderful stay at Frisco

Perfect location close to I-70, host is very responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The only pity is hot tub in the community was at maintenance and I did not found laundry on site, but the apartment itself is perfect!

Comfortable stay

We’ve been to Frisco many times and this is our second stay in this condo building, but a different unit. Overall it had everything we needed, including a few extras - such as spices to help with dinner, any utensil or appliance needed, some usb ports for charging, covered parking which saved us on snow days, and easy access to the freeway. Unit was spotless upon arrival and the owners were super helpful too when I misplaced instructions (thanks!). Overall solid and comfortable place.

Fun in Frisco

This is a great place to stay when you plan to ski in the area. The Summit Stage picks you up right outside, it's very handy. Frisco is a great town for being a tourist. Since the hot tub is not an option anymore, a tiger tail or a foam roller would be good to have for tired skiers' muscles at the end of the day. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Beautiful view of Mt Royal from the balcony, plus lots of Humming bird visits! Climb to the 3rd floor did tax me a bit each time, but recovering on the balcony was lovely. Overall the Condo was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The indoor parking is very convenient.

quiet and convenient

A little away from the main street of Frisco, this property has easy access to the bike/walking trail that connects to Vail, several hikes in the area and the restaurants of downtown. In a car, it's an easy drive to Vail or Breckenridge or Summit. Overall the location is great. Parking onsite is easy. It is on the third floor, so worth knowing if you have difficulty with stairs or plan to be in and out frequently. The unit itself is as described. It's a little more cluttered than other VRBOs, but it feels a bit more homey than other short term rentals as a result. Overall, would stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Frisco is the absolute most Wonderful little town in Colordo and Copper is the best ski Mountain around (but don't tell anyone!). You will be in the center of it all within 20 miles of 5 world -class resorts.

What makes this property unique

Great Restaurants in Frisco, Copper has the best skiing and good après skiing, the bus service is right out our door, trails are awesome, and the crowds are much lighter than Breck, Vail or Keystone.

I love this place!!!!
