I purchased this property as a retirement home and an income property with 2 apartments upstairs. The 2 apartments were 1 year leases all this time, however, I have always wanted to turn them into vacation rentals. Due to life circumstances, it has taken longer than I had expected! I renovated them 1 year ago and opened for the 2015 summer season. I have so enjoyed the process and love meeting all my guests. I am a proud lifelong resident of Munising and love showing off my community and the surrounding area to all.

What makes this property unique

On June 11th and 12th is Yooper ride free Day and Pictured Rocks Day. If your a Yooper come and ride to boats free and see Pictured Rocks National lake shore.
