This is one of the largest two-bedroom, two story floor plans in OCMD, you'll enjoy the privacy and spaciousness of this condo.

Our stay was amazing. The condo is ideal for 4 adults (2 couples). The balconies were beautiful offering sunrise and sunset options. The kitchen was perfect for eating in and morning gatherings. The owners were fantastic with all communication. We stayed from Sunday to Wed., had 2 vehicles and were able to pay for 2nd parking permit. (Total for 2 cars with fees 90.)The decor of Mermaids was loved by all. We would definatley vacation here again.

Perfect Condo in OC!

We so enjoyed our stay in OC at this beautiful condo! We especially appreciated the two balconies! We enjoyed our coffee oceanfront in the morning, and wine on the bayside at sunset! The local was perfect, the beds were great, the decor was top of the line. Communication with the owner was easy and we appreciated her recommendations. I can see us returning many times to this beautiful condo in the future! It doesn't get any better than this!

Great condo!

The condo made the vacation great! The place was as described and the pictures were relevant. The balcony over looking the beach was my favorite place to watch the sunrise, get some morning sun or enjoy a drink in the evenings. You couldn’t ask for a better location with bay and beach sights!

Family vacation

Absolutely a must stay! This condo does not disappoint awesome ocean and bay views! We saw dolphins ever morning feeding from the ocean side Balcony. Very roomy and spacious! We definitely enjoyed our stay at this place.

What a fantastic stay!! This spacious condo unit was beautiful, clean, and made for a perfect beach vacation. From the decor, the plentiful kitchen essentials, right down to the outlets with built in night lights. They truely thought of it all!The location was perfect for us, as we wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk being outside our condo. There is a market pretty much across the street. Five minutes away from all the restaurants we wanted to visit. Fifteen minutes from the boardwalk and 30 minutes from both the Delaware boardwalk and Assateague Island. The perfect place with both oceanfront and bay views! We will be back!!

Beautiful views of beach and bay Tastefully decorated very clean and well stocked! We were able to see the NYE fireworks from bedroom balcony! Dana even had a Christmas tree complete with beach themed ornaments! Owner very responsive we will definitely stay here again

Renting was an easy process and the owner of the property was great. The security/check in could have been better. The security officers at the front desk didn't communicate that well and confused us with the instructions we were already given to check in.

Condo is beautiful and comfortable. It was ideal for two couples as we each had our own bedroom with attached bathrooms. The kitchen/living room floorplan is open which allows for a view of the ocean. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all manner of plates, glasses, cookware, storageware etc. We thorougly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

Fantastic beach getaway

My girlfriend and I were looking for a beach location to escape NYC for a few days and this condo was perfect! Immaculate, steps from the beach, full-service kitchen with everything you can think of, including glasses for any beverage you can think of, and two balconies with incredible sunrise (east balcony) and sunset (west balcony) views. Also, Dana, the property owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions large or small. Already booked my return trip for later in the summer.

My husband and I, and our two sons have been vacationing in Ocean City for years, and in 2012 we decided to invest in a little piece of Heaven. We absolutely love the location, the spectacular view that this condo affords us, and the many activities around Ocean City. Whether we are in the mood to kick back with a glass of wine and take in the view, participate in the many family-friendly events and festivals that OC offers, or dance the night away in one of the fabulous nightclubs, there's always something for everyone. We hope to retire here some day!

Why they chose this property

This peaceful location is more 'family oriented' as it is situated a few miles from the boardwalk; however, it's just a short distance if you want to enjoy the nightlife, shopping and events that the boardwark affords! Walking distance from great beach bars and fabulous restaurants; across Coastal Highway from grocery store if you prefer to dine in.

What makes this property unique

Both bathrooms have been newly renovated with walk in showers, new cabinetry, chair-height toilets and beautiful granite and tile. The kitchen was renovated in 2024 with an enlarged floor plan, upgraded cabinetry, blue pearl granite countertops, and new appliances.
