Welcome to our charming, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean townhome-nestled in nature with a tranquil creek flowing just behind the deck.

Located in a small, quiet community, the home offers two reserved parking spaces conveniently located right in front of the house.

The location is ideal for exploring all that Lake Tahoe has to offer-just minutes from the area's best beaches, ski resorts, restaurants, and shops.

Our family-friendly, two-story home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes: high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, DVD player (and a selection of DVDs), board games, books, toys, and an Xbox 360 for all ages.

While the home does not have air conditioning, it stays comfortable with provided window and floor fans.

Guests can enjoy access to a heated community swimming pool during the summer season (typically June through Labor Day).

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

HOUSE LAYOUT

BEDROOMS (all located upstairs)

Master Bedroom: Features a king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with a shower, TV, and Xbox 360.
Bedroom #2: Includes a queen bed.
Bedroom #3: Offers a twin-over-full bunk bed-great for kids or additional guests.
All beds feature memory foam mattresses, quality pillows, light blankets, and cozy comforters to ensure a restful sleep.
The second full bathroom upstairs features a tub/shower combination.

Ground floor: Living room, kitchen, and a half bathroom.

The spacious living room includes two sofas, a 55” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace.
The space also includes a dining table and a dedicated desk area, ideal for remote work or quiet study.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and a variety of basic condiments to make meal prep easy.

A half bathroom on the first floor includes a washer and dryer, along with laundry supplies for your convenience.

OUTDOOR SPACE

The deck overlooks a peaceful forest landscape and a year-round creek, offering the perfect setting to unwind with your favorite drink.
Enjoy the outdoor table with chairs, umbrella, and Weber gas grill (Charcoal grills are not allowed)
