About this property

Ocean block/view 3BD/2BA condo, free WiFi

My beautiful condo is located in the middle of the ocean block at 58th street. It is just steps to the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful ocean with your family or friends absolutely free. My condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 master ensuite bedroom), plus 2 sleeping sofa beds, which can hold up to maximum 10 people comfortably. The condo has free WiFi, and cable HDTV. It has its own balcony where you can relax and chat among family members or friends with a cup of coffee while enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Our condo sits in the mid-town of Ocean city that has easy access to many nice restaurants.

In additional, you can stroll and shop in many nearby unique stores for your souvenirs (across street on bay side).There are 2 reserved parking in the back in additional to more public parking in the front of the building. There is no immediate close neighbor behind or across the street "over-look at you". If you're interested in more pictures, please don't hesitate to contact me.

To prevent COVID, our house-keeper is doing more careful/more detailed cleaning with spray/sanitation on things like door handles/table/kitchen countertop etc.

Rental can be weekly/mini-weekly (minimum 3 nights stay) (Note: Special minimum 2 night-stay ONLY applies for available 2022 summer time (June-August), please contact manager directly for reservation).

For reservation, please reach out to owner for any questions about this property. Before make reservation. please discuss within your family or your group members via a well thought process. and submit serious booking inquiry. Once reservation is made and approved by owner, any cancellation prior to 30 days of your arrival date will be charged one time $100 processing fee.

We very much enjoyed our stay. A very short walk to the beach. Condo was great. Only thing that could have been better was when we used the oven, the smoke alarm would go off. Owner was very helpful. We would surely stay here again if we come back to Ocean City.

Ocean City trip

We were very happy to find this place for the Oceans Calling Music Festival; it's close to the convention center and the bus stops were a short walk away. The condo was really nice and clean and Michael was very communicative and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for your next trip to OC!

I was extremely impressed with the property, ease of rental, Mike answered all our questions, location was quiet, no disturbances. ALL APPLIANCES in the appartment were great. The condo was close to the beach. I do no like to leave negative reviews, but the owner should definitely look into a new cleaning & maintenance service and invest in tvs in the bedrooms and new pots, pans & utensils. Overall for the time we spent in the condo we made do.

July 3-10 stay

The condo was within walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants, as well as a bus stop for when we needed to travel further. The listing had accurate descriptions of the property. There is no elevator which we knew going into the rental but for anyone who has family members who have difficulties climbing or walking/lots of luggage (we were there for a dance competition) it may be a challenge to stay here. The property manager was easy to reach and responded to messages.
