One large fishing cabin from the 20's has been redesigned and renovated with upcycled materials for contemporary loft style living with a Mediterranean touch. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (claw foot bathtubs), and a loft style common room with cathedral ceiling. Concrete floors and antique tiles keep the temperature cool. Designed and furnished to provide a relaxed atmosphere, with repurposed wood counter, bar, and shelves, Brazilian hammocks, and a well stocked kitchen with modern and antique appliances.
Subzero refrigerator, microwave, grill (charcoal), smoker, juicer. Washer and dryer, no dishwasher. iMac with DVD player and DVD collection (no cable). Wireless Internet. Record and cassette tape players, tape and record collection. Linens provided. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Internet and utilities bills are included, no garbage pickup all garbage must be taken to the town recycling center.
Sleeps 6 people comfortably. Pet may be considered with extra fee.

Rustic Charm Close to Town
This place has a fantastic location—close enough to walk to the town center, but it feels like a peaceful escape when you're at the house. The house is charmingly decorated in a rustic style and has all the amenities you might need. We especially enjoyed the nature around the house, with plenty of birds, rabbits, deer, and even fireflies.
The hosts are great—always responsive and friendly. However, it's worth noting that while Montauk generally stays cool year-round, the house doesn't have AC. If you happen to be there during a heat wave, it might be challenging for some people to stay cool and sleep comfortably at night.
