The cabin was well-appointed with many amenities, including Wi-Fi and a well-prepared hot tub. It was very charming and cozy. The hostess, Christine, was most attentive and helpful. She made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cabin. The Prime’s are awesome host and make the process really easy. The cabin is 10 minutes from food, entertainment and beautiful views. The hot tub was a wonderful extra. We will definitely stay there again!

Relaxing and Cozy little cabin

We loved our little anniversary get away to the Cozy Cabin. It was a relaxing stay with beautiful views, your very own waterfall, and a soothing hot tub. As well as great hosts!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin! Such a cute place, the cabin had everything we needed for our stay. There's a lot to do near the cabin, cute shops and lots of good hiking. The hottub was a huge bonus!

Waterfalling

This property was a very nice place to stay. It was close to many waterfall hikes and interesting towns, Cashiers and Highlands. The owners, Christine and Jim were very attentive, checking in via text especially during a brief power outage and sever thunderstorm. We will definitely consider staying there again next time we go back to see more waterfalls we didn't see this time.

Beautiful off the beaten path property, but convenient to everything we needed

Really loved our stay. We had things to do in Highlands, but also wanted to spend some time hiking/exploring, and this property was convenient to everything we needed. Would love to check out the lake on a future trip. Great, attentive hosts were a delight to work with and loved the s'mores. Hope to visit again!!

Weekend getaway

The homeowners were so sweet to us! They left us a welcome note, snacks, and wine to celebrate our anniversary! The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub each night. We enjoyed hiking Whiteside and see two other waterfalls nearby. Happs, The Orchard, and Whiteside Brewery were all favorites. Thanks for a fun weekend!

Great getaway!

The cabin was perfect. While we spent most of our days exploring the surrounding mountain towns, we LOVED coming home to quiet evenings grilling out and soaking in the hot tub. The little mountain stream outside our bedroom window made falling asleep as easy as the breeze coming in the open windows. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in The Smokey Mountains

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cozy Cottage. Beautiful setting and views, peaceful, quiet, just a short drive down the valley road to the little town of Glenville, North Carolina. Perfectly equipped and a lovely host who offered to respond to any need - but we didn't need anything additional. GPS and cellpone connections worked perfectly, so we were always well-connected to our fellow wedding guests in the Smokey Mountains. Excellent sleeping, waking up to the chorus of myriad bird calls. Overall a great place to stay, chill out, and a handy base for excursions in the Glenville-Cashiers, NC area. - Tony and Sally Pinnell, Ann Arbor, Michigan

Great Stay!

We stayed here 8 nights and enjoyed it much. It had all the accommodations we needed, was clean, and was cozy. We utilized and enjoyed the hot tub every day but one. We used the charcoal grill twice and the fire bowl twice and enjoyed just grilling and watching the fire in a mountain setting. The surrounding areas of Glenville, Cashiers, Highlands, and beyond provide everything you need for dining, shopping, sightseeing, hiking, and etc. If you desire you can utilize Glenville Lake for any "fun on water" activities. The owners of the property, the Primes, are great people and made sure we were taken care of communicated very well. No complaints on the stay and nothing but good things to say about the property and the stay!

cozy cabin vacation

we stayed at the cozy cabin from 6/4-6/8/24. The cabin was truly 'cozy' and very clean. Location is excellent! everything we needed was within a 10 mile radius. the owners were spectacular and very helpful! if you have any issues, they respond immediately but totally respect your privacy. Lake Glenville is beautiful and only minutes away for pontoon/kayak rentals. Several cute stores in town and many dining options. Also fresh vegetable stands and local breweries etc. We had a fabulous time and I am sure we will be back.! Pictures of the cabin are completely accurate and we have never rented from more gracious and accommodating host! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

The Ultimate Hosts

It almost feels like an understatement to say that Christine and Cricket think of everything! They attended to details I didn't even realize I wanted to ensure that my husband and I had a perfect stay. The hosts are truly thoughtful to an incredible degree. As for the property, all I can say is wow! The on-property waterfall provided a beautiful and tranquil environment for reading or just enjoying nature. The hit tub had an amazing view as the sun set across the mountain, and an even better spot to look at the stars. I can't recommend the Cozy Cabin strongly enough for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

Winter Mountain Getaway

My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Cozy Cabin. As soon as we entered we were sold. What else can you say when you see a waterfall literally out your back door!! However, as we continued to enjoy our space there were so many other great features. I loved the eclectic decor, the romantic sleeping space, the hot tub cabana and yes the cozy feeling sitting by the electric fireplace. Christine and Cricket had outfitted the space with everything we needed. They had even personalized our welcome. They were great to deal with and were so quick to respond to any inquiries. We would love to return again in the future.

Great property and host! Had everything we needed! Hot tub was great addition! Attended a wedding nearby and was great to come back and soak in hot tub to wind down. Outside space is lovely and private. Unfortunately, weather prohibited us from enjoying morning coffee on wonderful outdoor deck. Host was readily available if needed and very gracious! Highly recommend for private cozy cabin experience!! Thank you, Christine!

Charming, rustic and eclectic but getting close to needing some light maintenance and minor "sprucing up". Secluded and private, surrounded by the sounds of nature. Bucolic and comfortable for couples wanting some "alone time" but still within easy striking distance of multiple activities. The flowers on the table and the provided breakfast snacks were a pleasant surprise and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed our short 2 day stay.

Gorgeous location

Our cozy cabin stay was just that, cozy. We absolutely loved staying here. The location was phenomenal and the scenery was even better. From sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view to the little waterfall out back, everything was amazing, including the property managers. We can’t wait to come back!

Cozy Cabin was perfect

The Cozy Cabin was exactly as advertised. It was quiet, clean and comfortable, and a very easy drive to the lake and Cashiers, NC. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay and the property manager was great to work with.
