The Best Rental Property in BV

We had an amazing time in this wonderful home located near downtown Buena Vista, CO. and right on the river…tucked away with beautiful views and accommodations. We went to see the fall foliage and enjoy the dryer, cooler weather and Colorado delivered! This was our second stay at the Riversong and we look forward to the next one. The hosts take great pride in their property and it shows!

Amazing home, very well designed. It's spaces feel intimate and cozy but with plenty of room. Lots of small touches that really make it feel like a home. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all of our meals there. We loved spending time on the decks, listening to the sounds of the river, watching birds in the morning and watching stars at night. We spent a lot of time on the sand beach with the kids and they had the best time. The description notes an arcade/game room. There's a room that has some board games, but calling it a game room is misleading.It was a magical place! My family can't wait to go back and spend more time there.

The house was wonderful, right on the Arkansas River, with great views out of every window! The homeowners were very responsive. They clearly love and enjoy their home, and wanted to be sure we did too. We did!

Great stay in BV

House and location were great. House was clean and ready upon arrival. Excellent kitchen and dining setup. Decks and river access are top notch. Fun location with hiking, close to town and easy to get too.

Most awesome place to stay!

We have stayed at this place a couple of times now. We love it. It is very relaxing setting on the deck and listening to the river rush by. The rooms are great, very clean. Can't say enough about it. We would definitely stay here again.

The PERFECT House & Stay - EXCELLENT LOCATION

We really enjoyed our stay. The amount of outdoor seating with views of the river/mountains along with all of the interior amenities were fabulous. It was very convenient to head into downtown BV each day, or even walk into town for breakfast. Wonderful host with a very helpful guide on the area and things to do. I would highly recommend staying here!

Exceptional property! Lots of sitting areas for settling in with a book, TV, or great conversation. Kitchen is well stocked for those who choose to cook. The multiple decks overlooking the river are the perfect place to relax. Unfortunately for us, it rained and/or was too cold to enjoy the decks this trip. But we will be back!

Great Stay

We had such a great stay at Riversong. The cabin in beautiful and has everything you might need during your stay. Being right by the river was amazing. This was our favorite rental by far. The house was clean and inviting. You feel like your secluded even though your just a short drive from town. There is so much to do nearby. We can't wait to stay again. We already want to start planning our next stay.

Peaceful and Beautiful

Our group of 4 lifelong friends decided to meet up in Buena Vista for a few days. The house is in the most peaceful environment and full of spots to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds. Communication from the owner was fantastic. I would love to return in the future and highly recommend RiverSong house to anyone considering.
