This condo is conveniently on the first floor near the elevators. The building's first floor is slightly elevated from the ground level, so you may take either a short set of stairs or an elevator to reach this home. The condo itself exudes a homey, inviting feel, with a lovely balcony overlooking the town and a setting close enough to the ocean so you can hear the waves and even smell the beach campfires.
There's a gas fireplace in the bright and airy living room, cable TV, as well as free WiFi access and board games for your entertainment. The kitchen has all the cooking tools you may need to whip up tasty meals when you don't feel like going out; there's even a dishwasher for easy clean-up. And everyone can sit down together at the four-seat dining room table.
When you're all set to hit the beach for an evening campfire or stroll, hop across the Promenade. Walk a block or two north to Broadway, which boasts a variety of eateries, shops, and activities (including a fun arcade). For a relaxing lunch or dinner, there are quick-bite and sit-down restaurants (and even an ice cream stand) within easy walking distance. For even more options, drive down to Cannon Beach and Ecola State Park, or head north to Astoria. Whichever direction you go, you'll find plenty of great sights and fun things to do.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
