Take the time to get away to one of the ocean-view Sand & Sea Condos in lovely Seaside! Ideal for couples and solo travelers alike, this first-floor escape will treat you to incredibly close proximity to the beautiful ocean beach and a cozy gas fireplace to curl up to at the end of each day.
From the condo's balcony, you can hear the crashing waves just on the other side of the building. Enjoy partial ocean views, though you may be content to simply sit on the chairs and enjoy the fresh coastal air. Walk outside and easily cross the pedestrian-friendly Promenade to reach the sand. Within walking distance, you'll find shops, activities, and casual eateries for a low-key evening out.
This condo is on the first floor of the complex, which is slightly elevated from the ground floor; you'll have a choice between a short set of stairs and a convenient elevator to reach the condo. Rich wood paneling gives the space a retro feel, though it still has such modern amenities as WiFi, a TV, and a dishwasher. Share a filling home-cooked breakfast at the sun-drenched dining table before heading out, and cozy up by the gas fireplace at night.
There's even a washer/dryer to freshen up your clothes before going out.
Getting to the beach is easier than figuring out what to read while relaxing on the sand. Just head across the Promenade and you're there! Stroll into town for a sandwich or a beer, then head back to your condo for a luxurious afternoon nap before heading out again. Within easy walking distance are plenty of businesses, and families in particular will love Funland, the Carousel Mall, and other child-friendly activities. You can also rent kayaks, go clamming at the mouth of the river north of town, or go hiking just south at Tillamook Head.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
