This condo is right on the Promenade, two blocks south of Broadway. There are numerous activities nearby, including the family-friendly Seaside Aquarium and a golf course, and the beach is right at your doorstep.

With bountiful light, you'll feel the sun's warmth even from the interior of this luxurious space with floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views. The living room boasts a corduroy sofa bed and two gray armchairs surrounding a TV, as well as a gas fireplace. Admire the nautical paintings or head out onto the private balcony for an after-dinner drink.

The open kitchen offers plentiful counter space as well as an electric range and a large dishwasher. Relax with a bowl of cereal at the breakfast bar or enjoy a formal dinner at the dining table, which overlooks the beautiful beach.

Onebedroom has an attached bathroom. You can read your favorite novel by the bedside lamp or watch some TV before drifting off to sleep.

Guests have access to an in-home washer/dryer as well as free WiFi. There's an elevator to the condo as well, making this a great retreat for guests of all ages.

Seaside is a fantastic place to visit any time of year, whether you're here for summer sunshine or winter storm watching. You get a beautiful beach with volleyball nets and other activities, and there are great places for clamming and fishing close by. The town features plentiful places to enjoy a meal, and there are spots to bike and hike nearby as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
