About this property

Home in Paradise with private bathroom

Price is for 2 guests, $40 per person will be charged after 2 people per person per night. This is my home, I am renting my bedroom and guest bedroom with a private bathroom each, it fits more people if they want to sleep in the living room or not share bedrooms, must let me know since other bedding and air mattresses are in a locked storage.

There are 3 dogs that visit the property often, so people with severe dog hair allergies are not a good fit. Will give priority to bookings of 2 night or more. Won’t accept bookings for special events and holidays more than 2 months in advance

U break it you buy it, no parties, penalty fee will be charged for noise violations or inside the house smoking. cleaning fees if excessive mess.
If there are noise complaints from neighbors, you will be charged a penalty and you will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Be mindful these are other peoples homes so treat the property like you would like people to treat your home. 10pm music must be down

Close to the beach and 15 mins away from Papas and Beer. Over all good experience.

Not fit for a bit group. Only one room was available but there is plenty of couches. Could have been a bit cleaner but for the pricing and location it was worth it. Owner was quick to respond and very welcoming.

Great!

Kathys home was very nice. She was very helpful and would reply quick when asked a question. The beach was a 3 minute walk and Papas and Beer was about a 15 minute drive (5-10$ on Uber) I wil definitely be back, had a great experience.

Its a gated very safe private community, very friendly neighbors mostly Americans. Beach is semi private so it’s peaceful all year.
