Whatever your vacation preferences are, you can do it in Lake Tahoe. And more importantly, you can do it all from your vacation home!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sits on the Tahoe National Forest with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe from both the kitchen and master bedroom! The condo is also centrally located in Tahoe Village on Upper Kingsbury with easy access to the Boulder and Stagecoach lifts, Tahoe Rim Trail, and is less than 100 yards from the pool and hot tub! In fact, after a fresh snowfall you can ski out to the Boulder lift right from your front door! There is a small hill right outside the front door that is perfect to take your little ones sledding after a long day on the slopes!

Looking for some night life or to explore beyond Tahoe Village? Well, you are only a 5-10 minute drive from world class golfing, water skiing, and relaxing at one of Lake Tahoe’s many beautiful beaches. You are also only a 5 minute drive from the Heavenly gondola where you can enjoy live music and a cold drink in a family-friendly atmosphere. On your way to the Heavenly gondola at downtown South Lake Tahoe, you’ll drive past 4 casinos right before crossing into California.

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was so warm and cozy thanks to Ashley and Bill's beautiful condo. The views we woke up to the first morning are quite literally breathtaking. If your looking for a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in South Lake Tahoe...this is the place. Great location with beautiful views. Easy to get to 2 chair lifts (stage coach and boulder). We had 8 in our group and it worked great. Parking was a little tight in the evenings but it seemed to always work out for us. Great communication with owner..A++. We had zero issues.

Amazing Tahoe Family Rental!

This vacation rental is PERFECT for a family get away. We booked this place with 2 other families all with children under the age of two. The rooms were welcoming and spacious as each family had a pack-n-play travel crib in their room. Two of the rooms had black out shades which was so nice to black out the room for day time naps and early bed times for the children. The balconies not only have a breath taking views of the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails, but they have reinforced glass with outdoor carpet. This actually made for a safe place for the little ones to crawl around and play OUTDOORS. There is ample amount of seating for family meals (we had 3 high chairs and 6 adults). The kitchen has all the amenities you need to make home cooked meals. The location is along a loop which made for a great PAVED stroller walks in the mountains. There was also trail hikes that literally start from the front door. Nevada beach is right down the mountain (maybe 10 minute drive) so we are able to go to the beach daily without being far from home. There is also indoor laundry which was so convenient and the fact that we could have our dogs join us was great. We decided after booking this place to extend our stay and the owners were so responsive and accommodating to make the changes. If I had to sum up this rental it is conveniently located, cozy, clean and family friendly. We without a doubt will be back to visit again!

Wonderful mountain retreat

We had such a great weekend staying in this lovely condo. The location is perfect- close to nice hiking trails and a 10 minute drive from the beach. There are also several delicious places to eat close by including a BBQ spot and a great coffee shop a little farther. The house was clean and well stocked for guests. The view of the lake from the living room and master bedroom is gorgeous and we loved enjoying our morning coffee out on the deck looking at the water. Will definitely come back again!

Our son, Jack, now a year and a half old, has joined the pack and enjoys getting in his hiking backpack for some fresh mountain air (as long as he has plenty of snacks, of course)! Whether it is skiing, hiking, relaxing by the beach, or taking a simple drive around town, we love everything Lake Tahoe has to offer! We hope you will love it here too!!

Why they chose this property

Maybe “love at first sight” may sound cliche, but the moment we saw Lake Tahoe as we drove into town, we fell in love. There is nothing you can’t do in Lake Tahoe. In one day, you could be sweating on a long hike, swimming in the refreshing, clear blue waters of Lake Tahoe, and find yourself wrapped in a blanket on the balcony watching the sun set with a glass of wine in your hand. The winter is no different. After a long day of skiing, you could be enjoying live music by the Heavenly gondola or sledding right outside your front door!
