Beautiful house that was well equipped. We appreciated the stock of paper and cleaning supplies, and the kitchen was well stocked also.We really enjoyed our stay--we spent a lot of time on the dock, in the water, and enjoyed the deck spaces. Perfect place for an extended family retreat.

We absolutely loved Arcade Cove. Our son got married this weekend and it was so nice to have a relaxing place to go back to. The kids loved canoeing in the little area by the pier and we had a lovely time by the fire pit. Would recommend it to anyone who needs a break from the hussel of every day life.

You will fall in love.

I love this place! It is such a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. We couldn't wait to grab our coffee in the mornings and sit on the back porch to listen to the morning come alive and watch the ducks swim by.

Wonderful vacation home on the water. My family thoroughly enjoyed spending a week relaxing and making memories. Thanks so much, Toni for providing everyday home needs. Everything is on site so we rarely left the property. Very convenient to Montgomery area. I look forward to visiting again next summer.

Great get away!

We had so much fun on our vacation. There was 7 in our group and had plenty of room for everyone. Our boat broke down the 2nd day there but it didn't effect our stay at all. We came there to float and relax and that's what we did. The pier and lake at the house were amazing. That's all we needed for a good time.

Perfect spot. This house is amazing and we had olenty of room for a faimily of 8. Thr house was spotless and everything you need is provided. Our hostess was jihnny on the spot making aure everything was okay. We will be back.

Family Lake trip

House was in perfect location on Lake Martin. Easy access by car. Nice that the Piggly Wiggly was so close! Easy access to pontoon boat rental. Lots of space in the house for all adults. Husband and I enjoyed the early morning coffee on the deck. Visited by hummingbird each day. Calm and peaceful vacation! Would highly recommend property!

Not what I expected

Beautiful view. Small we did know this going in . The indoor and a lot of the outdoor furniture old . Two ottoman on the porch stunk and were in terrible condition . Dead plants should be thrown away. Porch could use a good cleaning and furniture needs to cleaned . Grills were rusted and dirty. Oven was very dirty . So much time spent on the porches out door area needs a lot of work. Also so much of the personal items everywhere .For the money the standards were poor.

After sending your feedback to the owner, they’d like to share the following: - We appreciate your feedback regarding the furniture. All the furniture on the deck and the outdoor fireplace is new and the rod iron furniture will be cleaned. We recently replaced the ottoman cushions with new ones and also provide additional cushions in the container on the porch. - We cleaned the grill a couple of weeks ago and provide cleaning brushes. We were surprised to read your review, as we are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences. We will look into all of your concerns and plan to make the appropriate changes where necessary. - We take great pride in our home and like to keep it updated and well-stocked for guests as is reflected in many great reviews. We have never experienced issues like this either before your stay or since and apologize your experience was less than satisfactory.

Perfect for a retreat

There were four of us and we met for a staff retreat. We especially enjoyed the dock on the lake. It was a peaceful place to get work done and discuss new ideas.
