Wall art gives a heavy feeling combined with too many dust collectors on tables and dressers. The appliances are outdated, in working order but not efficient. The travertine floor would be beautiful if cleaned and sealed.

Reviewer Comments: It was small suggestions are 1) more spoons & forks.There are tons of plates and if 10 can stay with 4 forks make it tough.2) Mop floors before next guest arrive. I seen others comment of floors but thought its by the beach you will have that, but our feet were literally black on the bottom from tile floors within 1st half hour. I looked for a mop but only found brooms & dust mop so I did wet it to hit and miss alittle. Beds & pillows were comfy. Only down fall to the area is all the steps to the beach but so worth it if your able to do 55 steps one direction. Def would love to return.

It was a last minute rental and you even offered a last minute small discount and it all makes sense. You can’t rent a condo where the oven doesn’t work it had hand written numbers on it and only broiled. The stove clicked and only one burner would light. We had 9 people and couldn’t even cook. The dryer took 2 hours to dry and the couch was filthy. This condo needs a lot of attention for this property. I am frustrated we were irritated and checked out early, and you all didn’t even respond to the concern. Way too much money for that.

The stand alone ice maker was nice but it made too much ice which spilled out on floor each time we used it. Perhaps there is a way to adjust it? The pillows in main bedroom looked great but not so good for sleeping. Need “flatter pillows. Everything else was great. We plan to return next year.

It was perfect for evening movies and watching sports. The condo does need some updates. The bedroom we slept in, sounded like the bed was going to fall apart every time we moved, and we aren't big people. The bedroom furniture was very big and bulky for the size of the room, so we would have to crawl over the bed to get to the other side where my husband kept his clothes in the dresser. The numbers have been worn off the stove making it very difficult to figure out the temp. Patio furniture worked well for our family. The view is amazing and everything is so clean and nice. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super clean and comfortable condo. Well stocked with useful appliances and utensils. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One concern - the stove lettering was worn off and couldn't really see what temp we needed. Looked up online the specs and when turned on it made a loud, broken type sound. Yes we should have called maintenance but we didn't as we just moved in with dinner another way. You all should look into the stove a bit. Was a bit frustrated that they began painting the building during our stay. There were a couple days our patio was closed off due to furniture being stacked and/or a tarp over the railing. Killed the view and felt the property managers could have let us know ahead of time and we could have looked at another unit. Was frustrated but not enough to complain. EOD we were there to chill on the beach so whatever. Overall a great stay - already booked our next one for 2024.

The 10 of us, my parents, my family & kids, and my brothers family & kids, fit perfectly in this condo - there was a king size bed for each couple and plenty of room for the kids. Even the teenager took over the bunkbeds in the small extra room. The view is amazing. Everything we needed was in the condo. Besides a few minor maintenance needs the condo is perfect for a family get away. (tub didn't drain well, piece of wood kept falling off near the ice maker, master bedroom TV was missing a remote) We are hoping to stay again next year!!

Our condo was filthy when we arrived. The sheets on one of the beds was dirty and hadn't been changed and the floors hadn't been mopped. Our feet were black after just minutes in the space. The property management return our cleaning fee and we cleaned the condo ourselves, but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Few things to note- the oven in the kitchen didn’t have any labels because they were worn off so it was challenging to try to figure it out and hear anything. There was a printout showing how it worked, but wasn’t very helpful. Otherwise it was a great place.

Kitchen fully stocked but condo decor needs to be refreshed with lighter paint. Extra decor items in master bedroom closets and drawers that needs to be removed. Looks like 2 condos worth of items. Prevented us from fully unpacking. Couch was tired looking and dirty. Stains in bath tube in guest room with bunk beds didn’t come out.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every thing was very nice. We only had 1 problem. We were unable to get in our unit until 8pm after we arrived at the check in time of 5pm. House keeping was working very hard trying to get the unit ready but it seems there was not enough housekeepers to service all the rooms. Having said this when we did get in our unit it was spotless. A couple of small issues were taken care of immediatly by the very proffesional staff. We enjoyed our stay and would definetly return.
