Beautiful Villa - Montecarlo- Palmas del Mar - Private Pool and Generator

This Villa is inside the Palmas del Mar resort , an access controlled community on the southeast Caribbean coast of Puerto Rico. The villa has its own private swimming pool. The beach is just a 3.5 minute walk from the villa. Steps from Palmanova Plaza, where you can enjoy fine dining in various restaurants and a convenient store.

The villa has its own generator for the convenience of always having power when there are power outages.

Included in the rental is a 6 passenger golf cart for your enjoyment while moving around the resort.

The Villa is on a second level and has 3 levels. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a full size bed and 2 twin beds and 1 bedroom with 2 full beds . 2 full bathroom and 1 half bath. Sleeps 10 and can accommodate small children. It includes a fully equipped kitchen and laundry. The villa has a 75" flat screen TV in the living room and 45" flat screen TV in one of the other rooms. It is served by AC split units throughout, cable, internet and free Wi-Fi . Beautifully furnished with renovated kitchens, bathrooms and floors. Spectacular ocean views from the 3rd level balcony.

It also has an office section with a computer, printer, office chair and table for your convenience.

Palmas del Mar Resort is a truly relaxing and private retreat. Within the 2,760 acres of the complex you can find two golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 3 miles of beaches, horse back riding, miles of jogging path, fishing, marina, snorkeling and fishing excursions, casino restaurants and stores. Palmas del Mar Athletic passes (PAC) are available when you book this villa. With passes you get discounts for golf, tennis courts. Amazing home base to explore east coast!

Our kids wanted to be in the pool around the clock, but we had to have them leave sometimes to explore the east coast! Easy to get to El Yunque, Fajardo/Luquillo beaches, San Juan, and more. We also had fun with the included golf cart!

The property is beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed having the pool. One thing to consider, this property has a lot of steps. Property manager always provided a quick response to my questions. I would book this property again.

Great way to spend the holidays

We've stayed at mulitple rentals in the area, and this suspassed them all. Conventient location to the Plaza and inclusion of the golf cart was key.

Wonderful Property

This was an ideal spot for my husband and I to take our daughter and son in law and grandchildren. The private pool was wonderful and kept the kids entertained. Condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. Hope to go back!

I had a great time with my family in Nancy’s beautiful place. It was sparkling clean and full of amenities. The golf car is a plus! Is walking distance to Palmanova Plaza where you can find many restaurants and stores. I fully recommend this place!

This was a great stay, we enjoyed the spacious home with private pool very close to the beach and plaza. We all had a great time even though it rained most of the weekend. The golf cart was definitely a plus, we are so glad it was there for our use. Hostess was great! Recomend!

The house is on property in Palmas del mar, close to palmanova village for restaurants. Very clean and Nancy was so helpful. About 12 minutes to Humacao as well.

Midwinter escape from freezing New England!

Loved the safety and convenience of the gated community….great proximity to shops and restaurants. Golf Cart was fantastic to get to around. The many balconies, and pool area were perfect places to relax. We definitely want to return. Thank you to our host Nancy, everything was as promised and then some!

Wonderful Getaway

This wonderful villa has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. The Pool is awesome! You are right by the Palmanova Center with great restaurants and shopping. The Golf cart is priceless to get around no need for a rental car. Everything was so clean. Nancy is a great host.

Villa Montecarlo

This was our second stay at Nancy’s property and once again it did not disappoint. The property was clean and well stocked. The best part is its location to The Plaza just steps away to restaurants and shopping. The host is quick to answer any texts or questions. Another bonus is the 6 person golf cart and beach chairs and umbrella. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Can’t wait to come back next year.

3rd time at villa

This was our 3rd time staying at the villa and again thoroughly enjoyed it. Since our last trip, they have updated the furniture in the dining room and living room making it even more comfortable. Nancy as always was available for any issues, we lost power one of the days for an hour or so and power generator came on without any issues. Will be back again soon!
