The loft is located in Los Silos de Dorrego, a refurbished grain processing factory from 1910 located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. It has a gym, a restaurant and bar only accessible to the inhabitants of the place, gym, and a large (heated) swimming-pool and garden. The property is in perfect condition, has an unique private terrace, a very large wardrobe. and it is very comfortable.

There are many restaurants and bars in the area, but the property has its own restaurant/bar near to the swimming-pool only available to residents and their guests.

The perfect apartment
This time I traveled solo to Buenos Aires and this was the perfect apt. Daniel was more than responsive and the Silos building is one-of-a-kind. Cousins and friends visited me throughout my stay and loved the decor and aesthetic of the apt. Highly recommend it for both short and long stays. You will fall in love with this apt.

Everything went very smoothly and there was a lot of things within walking distance as far stores restaurants etc.. Space had a good vibe!

The building where this loft is located is an historic icon of Buenos Aires built in 1910 and transformed into a residential property in 1990. It has a large garden, its own bar and restaurant close by an impressive swimming-pool, which makes it an unique property in this city.
