About this property

Stunning 3 Bedroom Condo - Family Friendly, Bikes Included

Stay near the shore of Michigan’s gold coast in a community with great restaurants, shopping, parks and one of the top 10 fresh water beaches in the country.  In 2013, Grand Haven was given the title of safest mid-sized metro area in the U.S.  Portside Quarters gives you all that and more.  Located just a short walk from the Farmers Market, parks, beaches, downtown and right next to the Grand Haven Yacht Club and The Wharf Marina. This 1,750 square foot, three bedroom and 3.5 bath condo will provide you and your family all the amenities you are looking for.

The home is fully furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a full size washer and dryer next to the bedrooms.  We will provide you with fresh towels (bath and beach), linens, and an assortment of kitchen staples.

BEDROOMS:
The master bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom.  
The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and a shared full bathroom.   
The third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a shared full bathroom.   
There is a full size sofa bed in the family room.


ENTERTAINMENT:
The family room television is a 65" Samsung with an AppleTv providing access to entertainment through Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube TV, etc. apps.
There are family oriented DVDs, 400+ digital movie library, and board games for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the four Apple HomePod with Apple Music providing access to 45 million songs.  
The master bedroom has a 55" Samsung television also with an AppleTv.
In short, all of bedrooms have televisions with AppleTV.

**Each of the bikes has an Apple AirTag to assist with recovery if the bikes are stolen or lost. We do not track your use of the bikes or your location. Your use of the bikes is with the understanding that the AirTag device is present and you will refrain from disabling or tampering with them.

SECURITY (VIDEO DEVICES):
There are video doorbells at the condo as well as a video garage door keypad. These are for security purposes only and intended to protect the property and the contents when unoccupied. There are no cameras inside the residential portion of the condo.

LOCATION:
You'll be able walk or ride a bike along the boardwalk the 1 mile to Lake Michigan without ever having to cross a street.

It's 3 short blocks (¼ mile) to downtown where you'll find....

Wonderful!! Convenient to downtown shops & dining, as well as the boardwalk area, but nicely out of the way of the hustle and bustle. The host was very responsive. Loved the extras - bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, and parking in the garage. Note that the master and second bedrooms are up on the top level, the living & kitchen areas are on the 2nd floor, and the bunk bedroom is on the ground floor, so there is a bit of stair-climbing involved for guests. This was our first visit to the area, and we would definitely check into staying here again for a future visit!

We strive to make each vacation a simple and stress-free experience.

I grew up in Grand Haven many years ago and although I have moved a short distance away I still consider it home. My wife, Kelly, grew on the east side of Michigan but fell in love with Grand Haven after a single visit. I recall fondly playing on the beach with the singing sand, riding my bike around town and watching the Musical Fountain with my family. Grand Haven has grown up a lot since then. Kelly & I knew that we wanted to own and rent a home of our own here and share with people like us the fun, beauty, and relaxation Grand Haven has to offer.

Kelly and I recently purchased this newly constructed Grand Haven condominium. We think we have made it into a wonderful place to call home for a week's vacation in the summer. Our family enjoys the weeks that we spend here but we are happy to share our second home with renters looking to enjoy the beaches and explore Grand Haven!

This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo is fully furnished and exceptionally maintained: located in an ideal place and filled with amenities to make your stay truly a home away from home. 

What makes this property unique

Everything is within walking distance. Downtown restaurants and shopping, the Musical Fountain, marinas, the farmers market, and waterfront are all a ¼ of a mile away or less. There are bikes and a cargo trailer to use if you wish to ride the 1 ¼ mile distance to the beach and pier. Or you can call the trolley to pick you up!
