Living Spaces
This home is overflowing with restorative communal spaces. On the first floor, the formal living room has parlor seating with multiple sofas and chairs straddling the fireplace. A strategically placed TV and adjacent baby grand piano nook mean you and your guests can choose to tune in to the latest entertainment or spend your time the old-fashioned way and provide your own. Downstairs on the lower level, you'll find a family room where you and your group can slow down and relax after busy days at the beach or exploring town. There are dual wrap-around plush sofas, an extra large TV, and even a ping-pong table. The dual living room and family room setup allows guests to relax and watch a movie or read a book while others play games or converse. The first-floor living room and main communal spaces are serviced by a half bath in the main hall. The lower level is where you will find the laundry room, as well as a full bath with shower and vanity for added convenience.

Located on the main floor, the recently-upgraded chef's kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals for you and your guests. Gorgeous countertops and an island bar make entertaining an indulgent pleasure. Take full advantage of the large fridge, convenient double oven and separate stovetop, ample cabinet space, and full amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and plenty of dishes and utensils. The dining room seats 8 guests comfortably and opens out onto the back deck with a mesmerizing lake view. Additional seating by the fireplace and the sidebar with a port window make this area a central focus of the house and a perfect gathering spot for family and friends. Bed & Bath
Guests have their choice of five bedrooms, each with sumptuous bedding, high-end furnishings, and a comfortable lake-side aesthetic. The second floor hosts the primary suite, which features a king-sized bed and ensuite spa-like bathroom with a steam shower, soaking tub, and spacious double vanity. Indulge in this retreat room, which has its own private lakefront balcony, and look forward to steaming sunrise coffee and relaxing private evenings. Three more bedrooms on the second-floor feature queen-sized beds and a homey traditional Lake Michigan style. These rooms are serviced by a full bath with a shower and double vanity in the hall. The two front-side queen rooms also have access to a scenic front balcony. This balcony is wonderful for late-night conversations or private moments to steal away and read or catch up on personal projects. The third floor is a child's sleepover paradise. Five twin beds and a half bathroom are complemented with multiple skylights that can be opened to let in lake breezes and dark shades that can be drawn for sleeping. With such a dreamy layout and subtle maritime aesthetic, the young guests would be justified in thinking they had left the shore behind and set sail across the ocean.

Outdoor Spaces
The wrap-around front porch and second-floor front balconies offer a serene environment for calm reflection or simple pleasures, while the back deck overlooks the lake and has plenty of patio furniture for you to stretch out in, while soaking in the sun and the endless views. The outdoor tables on the back deck are excellent for taking lunch or hopping on a computer for a bit while still getting the best of the scenery. Adirondack chairs down on the grass get you close to the sand while still feeling connected to the house.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season (mid-June through mid-August), this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.
