Living Spaces
The indoor living spaces at 24 Cass Street easily accommodate a large group, with a gourmet kitchen and multiple lakefront hangouts—including a living area, a sunroom, and a sprawling finished basement/family room/game room. But first, let's step outside, to an outdoor Eden that will quickly become the centerpiece of your vacation. Take your morning laps with the sunrise in the heated pool. Gather for the big game around the outdoor TV. Bring marshmallows to the firepit for s'mores under the stars. Play lawn games on velvety green grass. Stage a family photoshoot with the lake as your backdrop. Or simply settle into one of several outdoor seating areas and watch the lake change colors as the sun moves across the sky. Back inside, the lake keeps its place at center stage. On a stormy or chilly day, watch the moody weather roll in from the comfort of plush sofas (or the romantic window seat in the sunroom!). The finished basement features tables for foosball, ping pong and cards, plus multiple TVs and a full bathroom.

Cooking & Dining
No such thing as too many cooks in this roomy, open kitchen. Make use of the sprawling center island and chef-grade stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner gas stove and double-sided fridge. The adjacent dining table seats 10 to a feast, and the island provides bar stool seating for 4 more (also perfect for chatting with the chefs as they work their magic). Or have your meal al fresco in the fresh lake air. An outdoor dining table on the patio (near the pool and hot tub) has a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan.

Bed & Bath
On the main level, the first master suite is ideal for those with difficulty on the stairs and indulges with a king-size bed, lake views, and glass-door access to the pool patio. Its en-suite bath has a freestanding tub and glass step-in shower with a handheld showerhead. The second master suite is on the second level and also features lake views (plus balcony access for getting even closer to the view!), a king bed, and an attached bath with a separate tub and shower. Also on the second level, you'll find three large bedrooms and two hallway baths shared between them. After a (sandy) day at the beach, you'll love the outdoor shower. A full laundry room on the main level keeps your bathing suits fresh and ready to go. There's also a half-bath on this level.

Peak & Non-Peak Season
During the peak season (mid-June through mid-August), this home would have a 7-night minimum and would rent Saturday - Saturday. If you are interested in staying a full week in the non-peak season, September through April, please send in an inquiry with your travel dates and we are happy to supply weekly pricing for your trip.
