Nice little place with a small kitchen and a big private terrace and beautiful ocean views. It has independent entrance from the main house. Located in Costa Azul area, one of the best beaches to surf, swim, snorkel etc. Conveniently located near shops, banks, supermarket etc, easy access to main road and airport. There is a beautiful arroyo and mountain trails to walk or you can walk to the beach. Enjoy delicious restaurants in front of the beach ( Pescadito Break) or in Palmilla area (Señora Cocina, Cream Cafe, California ranch market) Supermarket around the area: Fresco, La comer and Selecto. they also offer pharmacy.
CAR RENTAL IS NEEDED OR STRONGLY SUGGESTED.
Habitación agradable con una pequeña cocina y una gran terraza con vista al mar. Tiene entrada independiente de la casa principal. Localizada en el area de Costa Azul, una de las mejores playas para surfear, nadar, snorkel, etc. Cerca de las tiendas, restaurantes. Fácil acceso de salida al aeropuerto, Cabo San Lucas y puntos de interés.
En general se recomienda rentar auto para vacacionar en Los Cabos (especialmente en el verano) ya que hay mucho que explorar en los alrededores y se aprovecha mejor el tiempo!

We enjoyed our stay at Fabiola’s home. She was very friendly and accommodating. She welcomed us with open arms. She had her Casita well stocked and had some homemade Salsa, chips and a couple of cold beer waiting for us in the fridge. The view of San Jose was amazing from her house at the top of the hill. We loved sitting in her comfortable chairs looking out and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and it was pretty quiet for sleeping. We never knew she was home as she is very quiet. We liked having the laundry room right next to our unit, very convenient. Her gardens are beautiful, lots of hummingbirds and butterflies. The large cactus grow right on her property. There was always something interesting going on below with horses, cows and donkeys roaming about. Her cats are very friendly, dogs too but one cat, Tokyo was our favourite, she stole our hearts and she loved to snuggle with us. Her brother was very friendly as well, albeit a bit heavy to have on our laps! The unit is a great deal for the money paid and if we go back to San Jose we will definitely consider staying there again. We were able to park our rental, which is recommended, right in her carport. Fabiola is a wonderful host, we couldn’t ask for more.

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The hostess was incredibly friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials to cook any meal, and the lounging area was a great place to relax after a day at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, everything was spotless, and the private shower and bathroom were a nice touch.Every part of this place feels like it has been crafted with love, from the cozy décor to the beautiful landscaping filled with butterflies. The view of the ocean is breathtaking, especially from the large private deck, which is perfect for lounging with a morning coffee or evening drink. The air conditioning works great, which we really appreciated after long sunny days by the beach.The location could not be better. It is just a quick five minute drive to the beach with several great restaurants right on the sand. Do not miss the pizza cart vendor near the beach, it is delicious and inexpensive. It is close to downtown San Jose del Cabo, grocery stores, and only about twenty five minutes from Cabo San Lucas.We loved everything about our stay and are definitely coming back. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Spectacular view

We stayed for two weeks and the place was great! Good thing we had a car as it is pretty high up on the hill. But that is precisely why the view is so stunning. The outdoor deck is huge and the animals are friendly….2 cats in particular. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We’d love to visit again and spend some more time with Fabiola in her beautiful garden. Next time!

Perfect location for us as we were very familiar with the area. A soulful neighborhood and Fabiola was a perfect host. We enjoyed the privacy, quiet, and beautiful views of the beach. We had easy access to town and the beaches we wanted to go too. Loved that we could eat out at local restaurànts or make our own meals if we chose and then sit on the patio and enjoy the evening! Nothing short of wonderful!

This was a great spot! My wife and I came to Los Cabos to celebrate her birthday. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well stocked and secure. The view of Costa Azul was lovely from the large private deck. Our host, Fabiola, surprised us with Coronitas, tortilla chips and delicious pico de gallo upon arrival. Also, a birthday cake! She was a great communicator and very helpful. Loved our stay and hope to return!

Private Paradise Adventure

This was our second time to this lovely property and it was better than ever! Our hostess is the most charming and generous human, and provided everything we needed for our Cabo getaway. The apartment is clean and simple, but stocked with everything you might need to make your stay comfy and relaxed. The property includes a gorgeous garden entrance and the sweetest pets to visit with. The highlight of the location is the private deck overlooking the Costa Azul coastline. We enjoyed the views, the stargazing, the sunbathing and the morning coffees on our very own breathtaking veranda. We will definitely return as soon as possible to enjoy our next Cabo adventure!

Fabulous stay at Fabiola's casita within walking distance to Costa Azul Beach. Incredible sunrises from the huge deck in the mornings drinking coffee and visiting with her very affectionate kitties. Beds are super comfy and the casita was very clean. Fabiola was a great hostess and communicator, She provided us with chips, fresh pico and Coronas on arrival after a long day of travelling. It was a really great stay. Of note, it would be best to have a smaller rental car or SUV as it was a dirt road to the house and the turn around for parking would be tight with a big vehicle. (Don't rent a Suburban)

Fantastic view of Costa Azul!

Fabiola's apartment is a great place to stay in the Costa Azul area. From the deck the view of Bahia San Jose is amazing, all the way to Punta Gorda, and even beyond to the new Vidanta resort being built East of Zacatitos! And, at night, a pretty view of the city lights of Costa Azul, the Hotel Zone and Encanto de la Laguna. Access to and from the Highway is easy but even if you didn't have a car, its only a 10-minute walk to the Beach and Zippers. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare some meals to enjoy with that view. Comfortable and private, I will try to stay here again! Muchas gracis!

Wonderful place!

We stayed here for seven weeks and couldn't have been happier with our choice. it was sad to leave. Fabiola was a warm and gracious hostess, genuinely one of the nicest people I've ever met. The apartment itself is not large, but the deck is huge, and the fact is that in a climate like this you spend most of your time out of doors. You have to like dogs and cats, because there are a few of each on the property; fortunately, we loved them. There is also an incredible variety of wild birds coming and going all day long. It is a very short walk down to the beach, and that distance is a blessing, really, if you treasure peace and quiet and don't want to be in a party zone all the time.

The BEST ever

It’s hard to summarize in a quick review how great it was to be here . First Fabiola and are family ( Emi, Steve, Nigo, Zato, Gallardo, and Bety! are nothing but LOVE ... she makes her guests feel so welcome and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and nice. The room is very clean , comfortable and cozy with AC and everything you really need to make your stay easy and pleasant . The view is so amazing and the beach is so close . It’s close to groceries and a very easy distance to both San Jose and to Cabo . Fabi has the warmest heart ever and is great at both making sure you have privacy or welcoming you into the activity if that’s what you want. Not only will I be back to rent here again until I’ve purchased my own place here but I have a new Amiga for life ❤️

Amazing place with the best host!

Where to start...everything was great and much much better than what we expected! We already want to return Fabiola is a great host, super kind and attentive. She welcomed us with totopos/beer/pico de gallo. From the minute you are there you feel part of her family but also you get a lot of privacy. The place is sparkling clean, kitchen and really all the apartment is super well stocked with all what you would need and more. We really appreciated the complimentary coffee. Wifi works perfect. The bed is super comfortable and linens smell so nice. Good shower also. The views from the apartment are truly spectacular, even more than what you can see in the pictures! Drive to costa azul beach and to a small simple market is 2 minutes exactly. It is a great location to explore both San Jose and the beaches between San jose and Cabo San Lucas. We do think a car is a need as this is uphill. We loved the dogs and the cats at the house, so friendly! We already miss Tokyo and her brother (two of the many cats) Thank you Fabi, we hope to visit you and your furry friends again soon!

Fantastic alternative to expensive resorts. Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos por 3 noches, el lugar esta muy agradable, teniamos acceso a sillas para la playa, clima, y bonita área con vista al mar. Fabiola nos fue a rescatar porque no contaba que las calles están bien confusas, sin embargo si no te gustan los gatos o perros, este no es lugar para ti. Habían como 5 gatos en nuestra area, los perros estaban en otra area pero uno se paso a nuestra área el último día. También había mucho ruido debido a construcciones cercanas, lo cual no depende de la host. Para las playas: esta caminando una playa que se ve desde el lugar, sin embargo no es para nadar, es solo para surfear, la playa palmilla, el chileno, y la del Hilton estan a 10-15 minutos pero en carro, no se puede caminar a esa area. Todo es con uber y para esas playas cuesta alrededor de 10 dolares.

Incredible stay, perfect location and host ✨

Everything about this property met our needs. We stayed in San Jose as a landing ground while we explored locations on the Baja peninsula. Fabiola, our host, has a miraculous presence and so does her property/location, kitchen had everything we needed (we love to cook) local coffee was gifted as was an amazing spread of home made guacamole and chips waiting for us upon arrival. Fabiola is so present and attentive, and helpful and warm beyond words. The view is breathtaking, the apartment is impeccably clean and has high end appliances and products stocked in bathroom and kitchen~ all natural and free spirited vibe, close to airport, close to downtown San Jose, neighborhood felt so safe and welcoming. We plan on returning to explore some more, and I will definitely be staying here when we do. This is a very special (and convenient) location close to super markets and restaurants (6 minute or so drive to market, ten to down town San Jose ) but set up on this high hill top, overlooking the ocean, so you get the best of all things at this location~ Definitely coming back and feel really grateful to have stayed here and to have met Fabiola~

Thank you Fabiola for your hospitality. You are an awesome host. This is a very nice apartment with a large deck in front and great views. The place is very clean, private with a fully equipped kitchen. The wooden deck and the seating is so comfortable, that it makes you feel to hang out there all day long. We took local buses to get to downtown or to the groceries stores. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the bus station. It takes a little bit to figure out the system but it was a good way to get around without renting a car. We are very happy we booked this place for our Christmas getting away.

Great Place!

My brother and I came stayed here during our surf trip in Mexico and it we had a great time. Everything is clean and neat and Fabiola is a great host. It has everything one would need for vacation. It takes no time to get down to the surf breaks.

Wonderful Host

Very warm and a helpful owner. A great place to start your adventure from! We stayed for 2 nights and explored Cabo San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. Then took off for the coast for the rest of our trip. I recommend staying there. Great ocean view, clean, safe, cozy beds and nice little kitchen space. Her furry friends are so sweet too! I made a new friend and I hope to be back soon!!

I like surfing, swimming, fishing, walking the hills and arroyos nearby my property, cooking, gardening (passionate for plants), bird watching, reading etc etc, Coffee, wine, beer, mezcal and dark chocolate yum!
Living in one of the most beautiful places in the world, I like sharing with people and so, besides making extra $$ this is a reason why I like being a host! its a great way of meeting people from around the world, share experiences, good talks, tacos and beer sometimes.. also our hospitality, culture and delicious food! I would love to have you as my guest.

Los Cabos has it all!
I came to Los Cabos when I was 24 looking for a job. I fell in love with San Jose because of its tranquility and beautiful beaches, I decided to settle here, and as I am the daughter of a fisherman, I said i wanted a place near the beach, and this space has it all, is very tranquilo neighborhood and has beautiful views of the ocean, I can still walk to the beach (but rather to drive, specially in the hot summer), i am near everything i need, yet live out of the noise of the city.

What makes this property unique

I got the bare land and started to build in 2015.
This property has stunning ocean views, you will enjoy the sunrise from the ocean, (or moon if lucky and in the winter time!), it is near mountains and dry arroyos if you like to walk (besides the beach).. still has some work ahead but "poco a poco" ;)
