Vista Linda is located in Puerto Vallarta's exclusive El Cerro neighborhood, just above Cafe des Artistes with sweeping views of Banderas Bay, the north and south coasts, and the Historic Zone. Steps away from Cafe des Artistes, Pipi's, La Capella, Barcelona Tapas, Hacienda San Angel, La Dolce Vita, bars, beaches, shopping and everything else you want in Puerto Vallarta.

It’s the perfect holiday getaway for up to four people. Two bedrooms with king beds and air conditioning. 2 bathrooms (one en-suite). Terrace garden, best panoramic views. Full modern kitchen plus gas grill on terrace. Large condo pool set in beautiful tropical garden.

Living room. The living room opens to the terrace overlooking the Bay, and is recently furnished in the contemporary Mexican style with modern seating, art and antiques. There is a large screen Samsung smart TV with free Netflix, and a compact Bose Soundlink bluetooth speaker to connect to your audio source. Ceiling fan and versatile lighting.

Bedroom #1 has the en-suite bathroom and opens to the terrace. The position of the room and the palms and other terrace plantings provide complete privacy. Wide folding doors, cross ventilation, ceiling fan and air conditioning allow guests to choose the environment they want. Desk area with wifi and lots of dresser drawers for storage.

Bedroom #2 is newly furnished and quiet with good lighting and a desk work area. Ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bedroom is convenient to the all new-second bathroom. Lots of dresser drawers for storage.

Both bedrooms have comfortable, firm kingsize mattresses and premium cotton bedding. There is a selection of down and synthetic pillows. Both bedrooms have newly-installed, quiet central air with individual controls.

Bathrooms -- The master bathroom has its original Mexican tiles and painted sink, along with a new toilet and improved lighting,. Good shower with plenty of hot water and water pressure. Hair dryer supplied.

The guest bathroom was completely redone in 2019. Euro shower with contemporary tile and Mexican cantera stone counter and trim. Hair dryer supplied.

Kitchen. The kitchen has also been completely redone. It has an LG stainless refrigerator with bottom freezer and ice maker, built-in electric cooktop, built-in electric oven and microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking while on vacation.

Grill: There is a propane gas grill on the terrace.

Dining. Table seating for up to a tight 6 on the terrace or adjacent to the terrace in the event of rain.

Pool and gardens. The condo pool is large, well-maintained and attractive, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. It's especially nice and uncrowded in the summer months when most of the owners have returned north. The beaches at Los Camarones and Los Muertos are close by, but sometimes it's just nice to stay home and lounge by the pool.

Location. The immediate neighborhood, El Cerro, is one of the most beautiful and charming places in Vallarta, with the feel of a Mediterranean hill town in France or Italy. It is the location of many of the towns finest galleries and restaurants. Cafe des Artistes, Si Señor!, Pipi's, Barcelona Tapas, Oyster Grill and La Dolce Vita are just a few of the popular restaurants located a few minutes walk from the condo gate.

No car is needed. Most people choose to walk to the stores, restaurant, bars and beaches. The main public bus routes are nearby on Juarez and Morales streets. Taxis and Uber are other inexpensive transportation options.

Maid service. Once a week maid service is included. During service maids change the bed and bathroom linens, clean the bathrooms, and dust the floors and furniture. The service does not include kitchen cleanup or the care of guest items.

Children are always welcome at Vista Linda, but frankly it is not the ideal place for active kiddies. Parents are often happier at one or another of the resort hotels with big pools and organized activities for children. Another note – our condo sits on a hillside and there are lots of stairs. The owners are in their 70s and get along just fine, but this is not a good rental for people who have a hard time getting around.
