Pristine 1 bedroom apartment available in an 8 unit apartment building 2 blocks from the beach. Open space living room/kitchen/eating area with large flat screen TV and full cable is included. Sectional couch pulls out to a queen size bed. 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 full bath. Unit sleeps 4 people and is great for small family. Building has a pool and nice area to lay out. Stores, restaurants, and seaside heights boardwalk within walking distance. Building has its own parking and 1 spot is included. Looking for weekly renters for July, August and even September.

small condo in good location

We liked the location and overall everything went well. We had an issue with loud neighbors below us at 3 a.m. but the owner took care of it right away! only things I wish it had was a closet and maybe a porch to be able to sit outside. It is small (but we knew that before hand) so it's really best for a couple or small family.

Thank you Lisa for Taking the time to write review. It was unfortunate that you had loud disturbances for renters of another unit. I truly apologize. This is the first of those incidents. Also, the is one small closet in unit. I agree it would be nice to have more but it is only a small one bedroom. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you again! Stella.

Lovely little home

The home was lovely. Comfy couch and bed. Great location and the pool was a major plus. Just needs some lighting in the kitchen area
