About this property

You will be amazed at how spacious this 2nd floor unit is! The front deck has a clear view of the ocean. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun! The enormous back deck has views of the harbor and incredible sunsets. At high tide you will have the illusion of being on a boat out on the water. Best of all you can enjoy a super private beach behind the house at low tide. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private ensuite bath and gorgeous views of the harbor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is right next to the bathroom. The third bedroom is quite unique with a queen bed but also a loft space with two sofa bed mattresses for extra sleeping. The incredible third floor has a queen bed, a set of bunks and two additional twins. It also has its own sitting room with a sleep sofa. There is a third full bath on the 3rd floor for convenience. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses, and fresh new bedding. The enormous kitchen will easily accommodate two families or invite the kids and grandkids to join you!! Great Maine Getaway

We had a large group of four families and were easily able to sleep everyone comfortably. Great location, with or without kids, for a relaxing Maine getaway. The proximity to the riverside was great for the kids to play near the water without worrying about waves, yet it was a short walk across the street to the main beach. Location is awesome! Erin was great, and very thoughtful about how the house was equipped. The only hang-up we had, is that the house is broken into two rental listings and the VRBO info was a little misleading. One is for the whole house(3 floors), and the other is for just the two upper floors. We are already thinking about re-booking in the summer, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

A piece of heaven

This home has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous. The river in the back of the home was so picturesque. Proximity to the beach is just across the road. Erin always got back to us right away and made special cleaning accommodations for a family member. We would highly recommend any property of Erin’s. Thank you for a magical week with our kids and grandkids.
