About this property

Gorgeous beach house with front to back views!

You will be amazed at how spacious this 2nd floor unit is! The front deck has a clear view of the ocean. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the morning sun! The enormous back deck has views of the harbor and incredible sunsets. At high tide you will have the illusion of being on a boat out on the water. Best of all you can enjoy a super private beach behind the house at low tide. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and private ensuite bath and gorgeous views of the harbor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and is right next to the bathroom. The third bedroom is quite unique with a king bed but also a loft space with two sofa bed mattresses for extra sleeping. The incredible third floor has a queen bed, a set of bunks and two additional twins. It also has its own sitting room with a sleep sofa. There is a third full bath on the 3rd floor for convenience. All bedrooms have brand new mattresses, and fresh new bedding. The enormous kitchen will easily accommodate two families or invite the kids and grandkids to join you!! Off street parking for three cars. The driveway is shared with the first floor unit which is also available to rent. Please see our full listing at HA 4942149.

Overall it was a great hole ! Spacious, and great location ! Had a little trouble with some of the rooms not being finished with cleaning but Erin made it right by us so it was easy to overlook . The homes I beautiful and has tons of room ! Loved the inlet location

The house was beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. The sunset view from the back porch was spectacular. Erin and Andy answered all my texts and promptly addressed and solved my small problem. The best result was my family wanting to do it again next year at that house. It was a perfect family weekend!

A piece of heaven

This home has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous. The river in the back of the home was so picturesque. Proximity to the beach is just across the road. Erin always got back to us right away and made special cleaning accommodations for a family member. We would highly recommend any property of Erin’s. Thank you for a magical week with our kids and grandkids.

Great Maine Getaway

We had a large group of four families and were easily able to sleep everyone comfortably. Great location, with or without kids, for a relaxing Maine getaway. The proximity to the riverside was great for the kids to play near the water without worrying about waves, yet it was a short walk across the street to the main beach. Location is awesome! Erin was great, and very thoughtful about how the house was equipped. The only hang-up we had, is that the house is broken into two rental listings and the VRBO info was a little misleading. One is for the whole house(3 floors), and the other is for just the two upper floors. We are already thinking about re-booking in the summer, and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Why they chose this property

The unique location of the water behind the house and the ocean across the street is the best of both worlds. The views are spectacular and the sunsets are breathtaking!

What makes this property unique

A very kid friendly beach behind the house at low tide is such a bonus. It is also a terrific place to kayak and paddle board at high tide.
