Ninnaji Temple and Hirano Shrine are easily accessible by bus, both of which are famed for their late-blooming cherry trees, so you can catch the sakura even if you arrive after the peak cherry blossom season.
The property is located very near the main Senbon Imadegawa interchange. From here, bus access to almost anywhere in Kyoto is possible.
