This property was clean, beautiful and provided wonderful accommodations for my family to stay on our first (and certainly not last) trip to St. Augustine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully appointed and stocked with everything that a guest could want and need. The grounds are well maintained with clean pools that are temperature controlled for colder temperatures. Easy access to the plentiful beaches, within walking distance to Fort Matanzas and quick access to downtown St. Augustine without being in the hustle bustle. Highly recommend!

This property has a great view. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony every morning. The community is very welcoming. This property is very well loved by its owner. Many new updates (showers/flooring). My only suggestion would be to move some items from the kitchen pantry. We had 1 small shelf for our grocery items.

Nice but not that clean

Upon check-in everything appeared to be in order and was very nice and nice location but as we get settled in and started to unpack we noticed several cleaning issues. The kitchen was probably the worst with dirty pans, I hope in the oven drawer and it was all grimy and dirty so none of those pans could be used. dirty potholders, In one of the cabinets I saw a baby roach at which point I knew I was not going to be using anything in the kitchen I had to eat out more and spend money. All of the amenities were used except for the tiny soaps in the bathroom everything was open and unwrapped and there was used hand soap dispensers at the sinks that were all empty. The fans were dusty master bathroom mirror was never clean they were dirty floor rugs and a hairball hanging from the shelf in the master closet. I took pictures immediately. On Saturday we spent the day out in Saint Augustine and Sunday morning I sent an email to the property management company. I included the photos and comments and told them that I would appreciate it compensation since I was not able to use the kitchen. Approximately a week later I hear from them telling me that they were sorry they could not give me any compensation because I didn’t report it while I was in residence which is what I did do. I was still there on Sunday morning when I sent the email. it doesn’t matter it was not acceptable. With Covid and CDC regulations they are in violation. I own a cleaning company for a living in a resort area and I am well awareOf what needs to be done. Those standards were not met which makes me question any property that is listed with evolve management if they are even paying attention to any of the standards. RENTER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We're very sorry overall cleanliness was not up to your standards. We have addressed your concerns about the kitchen and will continue to monitor the situation; however, we can assure you the pans were washed. - We do regularly dust the fans. - We take Covid very seriously and make a strong effort to follow those guidelines and will ensure future guests feel comfortable in our home. - It is possible you saw a small roach; they are common in Florida. However, we regularly have our home checked and hire exterminators when necessary. - Neither we nor Evolve have evidence of the communication you mention regarding a cleanliness complaint while in residence, thus preventing the possibility of an agreeable solution for compensation. We're confident this was a one-time instance and that future guests will not have the same experience you had. These homeowners have been known to go above and beyond for their guests!

Short getaway

Enjoyed the stay! Property was as advertised and met all of our needs and expectations. Close to things to do and see. Great walks on the beach and Mother Nature cooperated. Even though rain was in the forecast every day, we had much sun and were able to explore the area and walk the beach! Thank you for letting us use your home!

The condo had very steep stairs not only to the unit but inside to the second floor. There we roaches and other bugs both alive and dead on both floors of the unit. The electrical outlet in the master bath did not work even after resetting it. WAY too many small rugs around the unit that were dirty and a tripping hazard. Upon arrival we found the sliding door to the patio unlocked and the temperature in the unit was 78+, not very comfortable to unload and unpack. A lot of pots available for cooking but no lids. could not get either of the DVRs to work. Nice beach, close to pool, plenty of towels and linens master king bed was comfortable, pillows were subpar. Nicely decoarated, small master bath.
