This modern, four-bedroom home balances luxury with fun and leisure for the whole family. It is a beautiful setting for a secluded family vacation. You'll be hard pressed to find anything that matches what this property has to offer.

Most exclusively, you'll have your own large PRIVATE BEACH with beach chairs and umbrella. You'll have your own PRIVATE DOCK with sitting table, as well as a separate lounge area where you can enjoy a secluded cove that looks directly onto the open lake. This means you get a specular view without any public water-craft traffic nearby. Use of the dock for personal watercraft is available upon request.

The home offers a huge, open and very WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with upgraded appliances, including a separate ICE MACHINE. There are spices and a variety of oils; everything you need for cooking meals. We have pots and pans, a crock pot and an insta pot, and a large stock pot. For coffee lovers, there is a Keurig and French Press, as well as a conventional coffee maker. We do supply coffee, however, feel free to bring your favorite blend!

We also supply all your paper products; Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Napkins, Kleenex, Trash Bags, Dishwasher detergent, Laundry detergent; all are reasonably supplied for you convenience!

The kitchen opens to an adjoining SPACIOUS LIVING AREA that looks directly onto the cove/lake, and is a wonderful place to relax in and of itself. It also offers an excellent indoor gathering spot for family games, music sing-alongs, or quiet reading. Of the four bedrooms, one is on the main first level, and three are located on the lower level. The two king bedrooms are very large and spacious with plenty of room for a playpen and not feel cramped, while the remaining two bedrooms offer plenty of space as well.

Gas & Wood-burning Fire Pits (2x Gas, 1x Wood).

With all these amenities and opportunity for activity, you may want to take advantage of our more RELAXING AMENITIES as well. Many enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine, while sitting on the upper deck with the GAS FIRE PIT providing warmth and ambiance. After a day on the lake, some enjoy soaking in the six-person HOT TUB located on the lower patio. Of course, the beach would not be complete without a true WOOD-BURNING FIRE PIT where guests can gaze at the star-filled sky, and tell fun stories while cooking up S'mores. Many report it makes for a perfect evening.

The best part is, all of these amenities are INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL - NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!

In addition to all the amenities listed at the property, for those who want to venture out, within 10 minute’s drive there is Smith Mountain Lake State Park, a Public Boat Ramp, Boat Rental, Golf, Tennis, and more. And if you really want some gorgeous outdoor adventure, the Blue Ridge Parkway is only a 35-40 minute drive.
