We are professional educators and work for the University and State government agency, we are close to retire age. We have purchased this property for our vacation time and quiet time. However, since we are not retire yet, we cannot be here all the time, we like to share this lovely home with you some time. At the meantime, you can help us with some mortgage, it is win-win situation.

Why they chose this property

It is so close to ocean, it is about 70 yards or meters to ocean front. This community is very safe to children, very neat and clean, and very lovable. Hope you will love this home as we do.

What makes this property unique

It is full furnished home. It is a home, away from the home truely. Some features are far better than our primary home. This location is the heart of Myrtle Beach. It is close to fun parks, restaurants, shopping centers, international airport, Broadway Theme Park, almost everything is reachable with walk or short driving distance.
