Alii Kai is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath private ground floor end unit, situated on a vast tropical bluff with views of rainbows, waterfalls and famous Bali Hai sunsets. Relax on the peaceful lanai as frigate birds gracefully ride the cooling trade winds. Breathe in the fresh air, smell the flowers and relax.
This charming, tropical home has a king bed in the main bedroom and queen in the second bedroom and 2 full baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen, with upgraded appliances, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Flat screen TV’s, games and books complete the dream come true vacation.
You have dedicated WIFI and cable with smart televisions in the main bedroom and the living room. There is also an open covered lanai with chairs. NO A/C - but we do have ceiling fans throughout & tropical coastal breezes. You will have access to a large pool and shared BBQ’s. From the minute that you walk in the unit you can see the beautiful ocean views as well as the mountains and waterfalls. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. A 20 minute walk on the pathway will take you to the the Princeville Shopping Center. There you will find retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, a gas station, a food and deli store and a public library and park. The newly renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is now open to enjoy a scenic drink or dinner. A short drive will take you to gorgeous Hanalei Bay and a scenic drive along Kuhio Highway will take you to the trailhead for the Na Pali Coast.

Great location!! Hearing the birds sing and having the breeze blowing through the condo was priceless. The condo has everything you need and you can tell it’s been used and loved over the years. We will be back!!

Wonderful Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was much better than described. The pictures of the unit outside and the pool are poor compared to what are. The grounds are very well kept. The unit is on the end, on the ground floor and very quiet except for an occasional rooster. No stairs. Inside is very nice with a very well stocked kitchen. The beds are comfortable and a lot of beach towels and extra bedding is provided. Hali at Na Pali was exceptionally great to work with. There is no A/C but wasn't needed with the ocean breezes and tile floors. Trees between on the cliff block most of the view of the ocean but you can see beautiful sunsets over the water. The closet is full of beach equipment. The pool is close and very nice. Pool was very clean and well maintained. Only once did we see anyone at the pool. We were very pleased with the property and the excellent customer service.

It's was a perfect location for us. It's an older unit but well maintained. The property management team was very responsive to any questions or problems that arose. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with every pot, pan, appliance, Tupperware you can think of. The unit had two beach chairs we used every day as well as a boogy board and a cooler. Awesome experience.
