4 bed 1.5 bath home in Falmouth on Cape Cod with sweeping views from Vineyard Sound to Martha's Vineyard. Private 50 foot stretch of your own ocean beach. Sit on your beach and sip a Cape Codder while you listen to 'Old Cape Cod' on your I phone. Fire-placed living room, formal dining room seats 8, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and a half bath completes the first floor. Second floor has four bedrooms(1 queen, 2 full, and the last room has 3 twin beds. There is also a full bath with tub/shower combination. There is a large back yard with a picnic table, gas grill and outdoor shower. There is a wide front porch that overlooks the beach and Vineyard Sound. It is a leisurely half mile walk along the shore to the Falmouth Road Race finish line at Falmouth Heights. This clean, comfortable home has been in the family for over 30 years. It is a lovely place to rest, relax, swim and tan. No smoking. No pets.

Fantastic location!

We, three adults and four children, stayed the last week of July 2018, and had a great vacation. The private beach is just across the road and we spent a lot of our time swimming. The location is fantastic for beach, biking, walking, whatever. It is only a five minute drive into Falmouth center, or a ten minute bike ride. Two grocery stores nearby, as well as restaurants and shopping. The house was comfortable, even without air conditioning, as there was a constant breeze off the ocean. I recommend this rental highly if you are seeking a classic, relaxing family vacation.
