Vacation in Kure Beach's Premiere SeaWatch Community. The neighborhood is a great place for kids to run around and ride bikes. Our home provides complimentary access to the private SeaWatch community pool, bathrooms, tennis, playground, and common areas. The private beach access includes a walkway with outdoor seating, a tiki bar for you to enjoy the sunset and an evening glass of wine and a bathroom for your convenience. Whether its kids or adults, all will find their "happy place" here!

Max occupancy:10 (10 adults)
Cancelation policy- guest receive full refund if house is rerented for same cost.
Max of 5 cars allowed. Must park in driveway. No Rv, boats or trailers allowed.
ALL GUEST MUST PROVIDE INFO FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT. Primary GUESTS MUST SIGN HARDCOPY OF RENTAL AGREEMENT.

We live in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. Our daughter resides in Carolina Beach and therefore we split our time between our two places. We love to spend time outdoors and gather with friends and family.

SeaWatch is a wonderful community and we have raised our kids here during the summers. Its amenities are unique to many of the neighborhoods nearby and we enjoy the fun-loving environment SeaWatch provides for all ages.

Our property hosts so many places to gather inside and out. The home was built to provide a place to gather for more than one family and for kids and adults to share space and also allow opportunities to spread out. So whether you are looking for a place to sneak away and spend some quiet time or a place to circle a table and play a game. We have a space for you.
