House was very clean and large enough for our group to spread out. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend with family and the extra ovens really came in handy when cooking for a large group! Thank you!
We had a great weekend with friends here! The property was beautiful and we enjoyed having space outside for games. Everything was clean and it's close to some nice hikes.
This was the 5th year that all 7 Sisters have stayed at Hattery Hill for our annual “Sisterfest”. The accommodations suit our needs and are lovely. This year we added an extra day which everyone agreed was a great idea and will be our new norm. Bridget could not have been more helpful with all of our requests. We will be back next year.
The interior appears to be newly remodeled and very comfortable. The towels and linens were very nice, not the typical paper-thin materials you sometimes find. Amenities such as paper towels, toilet paper, bathroom sprays etc., made it very easy to move in and begin to enjoy the house quickly. The pool and hot tub outside were very nice as well. Great stay for us.
This was a large piece of property to run around and play. And plenty of room in the house for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our large family.
Second time at this house , plenty of room for 15.needs some upgrading. Dinning room chairs need cushions, the wood chairs were hard for game board nights, bbq needs to be bigger( party of15 grilling) oven not hot, but had another oven in laundry room. Pool nice n fire pit was great!
It is a wonderful house, just right for our family gathering. We had 8 adults and 9 children, and there was lots of room inside and out. They loved the pool, and there are spacious porches and patios for sitting and a campfire. Facilities were very good, except there weren’t very many spoons. We ended up buying some plastic ones. No complaints, though. We thoroughly enjoyed our week.
This property has everything I want in a vacation rental that accomodates a large group. We had 7 adult siblings (ages 50-70) and 5 spouses. Bedrooms for every couple, no adult had to sleep in a bunkbed or on a sofa, although there is a bunkbed room. Multiple bathrooms so that no one was caught short. Enough room at the dining table for all. We did not run short of hot water during the morning shower-rush. Very private and quiet, although we may have disturbed the tranquility of some deer. The fire pit was perfect for evening socializing. The furnishings were modern, clean, and comfortable. WiFi and cable TV were great. I would highly recommend this property.
Immaculate home! Close to attractions nearby, and plenty of hiking! Be sure to bring your mosquito and tick spray because both were plentiful! The property was gorgeous with enough room for the whole family! The hot tub was a winner, but the pool was not heated and super chilly. We were there at the beginning of June, so there probably wasn’t time for it to warm up. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend!
Very nice place! Only issues were around parking if you have more than a few cars. Host was responsive and house had everything you would want to make a meal even.
We had 10 Adults, 2 15-20 yr olds, and 5 infants to 3 yrs old. This was a perfect location. We were able to be together and separate as needed. . No one was ever overwhelmed by the noise, because of the multiple rooms and number of places outside to gather. Can not recommend enough, for a large family gathering. The host is very responsive, and great.
Bridget and her husband have a wonderful home that has everything you could possibly want - we gathered as a large family for thanksgiving and it was perfect. Plenty of space for all to sleep, have fun, cook, hang out, etc. Would highly recommend
We had a great time for our long weekend. Plenty of space to relax for the nine of us. The house was very clean. Foodies may want to contact the host prior for details about kitchen supplies. The grounds had lots of acreage to explore.
