The room was nice perfect for our 4 day stay. Only downside is there is not a porch on this condo. But you can see the ocean from the couch by the window and then there is the private acess to the beach which is nice. The pool was good too. Overall it was great.
This was a great little condo. It was very clean and perfect for one person. It has a view of the ocean and it's just a little walk around the complex to get to the beach.

It was ok. It is very dated and worn. It is a lot smaller than the pics show. I went into the office to get a parking pass and they were pretty rude about it saying it should be there, but it wasn't if I was asking about it. The unit smelled like mildew when we got there too. They had left the window open and the ac off.

Staff was super friendly and willing to help, if needed. My room was excellent, except for the entrance door stuck and was very hard to push open every time. ?something rubbing @ top of door? Otherwise, very comfortable.

A beautiful part of Oklahoma!
Absolutely love this place! It had everything we needed and the host was fantastic. Beautiful part of Oklahoma with lots of places to hike, close by the house or in the wildlife refuge. We were given all kinds of information by the host for a wonderful experience. Plan to return!
PROPERTY WAS GREAT. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION I WOULD HAVE A VIEW OF THE WATER BUT DIDN'T. DOOR KEPT STICKING. THE LOCK IS A JOKE. SOMEONE COULD JUST AS EASILY PUSHED THE DOOR IN. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVED IT.
Lots of room for 2 people. Would of liked a balcony but was still very happy with the accommodations. Clean and everything we needed. Thank you for a great stay.
This was a very good place for a couple. Small kitchen, decent bed and couch and TV. Everything we needed. It has not been updated for a while so you have to be ok with that. Being right on the beach was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay.

Clean!
The room was clean at a good price and convenient to everywhere we went (historic town of St.Augustine, biking to Anastasia State Park, and Flagler Beach). The contact Annette was 5-stars in customer service--she took our call, texts, and answered our questions. We really liked our stay and this place lived up to our expectations and was right on gorgeous Crescent beach.

Photos don’t fully represent the property (for example the photo shown as “exterior” shows balcony units facing the beach when the unit did not have a balcony, nor did it face the water). Plumbing issues as soon as we arrived, suggested toilet may not have even been cleaned as that should have been noticed during cleaning. Seems no contracted on-call maintenance or plumbing staff as 2 hours passed with no staff available to deal with the issue - we (the guests) finally solved the plumbing issue - wasting our beach time. Communication was not great. Emails at time of booking and also the day before were never responded to. We learned texts seemed to be preferred and those were responded to promptly. Bake/toast/broil appliance had knobs that were so worn you couldn’t read most all of the print on them, so use was very frustrating. Never got TV to work on basic channels- might have been operator error but some sort of instruction sheet may have helped. Hot water was warm enough to not shiver through a shower but was never actually hot. If you want a (double) bed with access to the beach and nothing more, this is the place.

Wedding Stay
Not what I was expecting but it was okay. The room was small suitable for one or couple. It's not an ocean view but just a little hop aways. The ocean can be seen from window just look past parking lot. It was easy to find and close to everything we needed. Don't like the late check ins especially coming in out of town. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the sheets and pillows were clean. It was good for a short stay.
Not the easiest with kids because no elevator with groceries, supplies and beach items. If you do not have folding wagon to help and extra hands it can be tough. Also not all the outlets worked in the kitchen and there is no stove or dishwasher. But will definitely stay here again. Felt safe and family was happy. The plaza across the street is a great place for dinners and ice cream.
Jun/3 - june /4 2022. It took me a long time to get to the place i call 3 times to the costumer service number finally get to the place never gave me the code # to get to the beach or explain to me very clean place, the beach definitely not the best one of the worst I seen in florida

Response from VrboOwner on 6 September 2023
Hi Carlos, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We're glad you thought our condo was clean
- We wish you had reached out to us if you experienced any issues with the lock code. We never received any calls or messages from you, and we would have assisted immediately if we did. We apologize for any inconvenience
- While this beach is a popular destination for many travelers, we understand that it might not suit every guest's personal preferences
Thanks again for taking the time to review your stay!
No fault of the owner, it just wasn’t what we expected. Too small for our needs and no ocean view. Weather was horrible which defeated the purpose of a beach vacay.

For what the room is intended for (a place to lay your head after a long beach day) it’s a fine place to stay. The Negatives: from the room, you do not have a good good view of the beach, you face a parking lot but you can see the water. The room smelt very musty and had to sleep with the fan on and window open. The couch in the room had a weird smell to it, and the only way to comfortably watch TV is to sit on the couch. As a side note: they keep the combination code for the gate to the beach in one of the kitchenette drawers. We were looking for a room to sleep 4 but ended up making the kids stay with their father because it was not suitable for 4 people because of the couch situation and there were no extra blankets, sheets or pillows.

Love Beachers Lodge, hated this unit
We have stayed at Beachers Lodge multiple times and have always enjoyed our stays. We have stayed in multiple units in the building and have loved them all. This unit however was the exception. This was a last minute trip with my grandchildren and all the usual units I book were full. It’s located on the far side of the building furthest from the pool and beach access. To access it you have to go up a flight of stairs with all your luggage. To get to the beach you have to either go down the flight of stairs and then up another flight of stairs or walk across the parking lot to access the ramp. It was stated in the listing that it was an upstairs unit but I didn’t get a unit number until after I paid so I didn’t know that it was on the opposite of the property from the beach access. The location was undesirable, especially with a beach wagon and two small children. When we arrived the AC was off and the remote for the unit didn’t work. Once I turned it on I could only turn it down so low. Beachers Lodge is our favorite spot to stay but I won’t book this unit again. The staff were wonderful and helpful as always.

A nice place but as soon as I walked in, I could smell a mildew type smell. The A/C unit was off and arriving on a 80 degree day with a unit just as hot not ideal. The A/C unit seemed to not operate to full capacity. Ran for a few minutes then constantly shut off. Had to constantly turn off/on to keep it blowing cool air. Woke up every few hours to reset. None of the remote controllers to A/C unit worked. Not sure why there were two of them. After staying there a night, I decided to see if I can troubleshoot the issue. Turns out filters were dirty! God knows when they were cleaned last. After I cleaned them, it worked just fine. Also, the bathroom vent fan filter was clogged. There was no parking placard so had to use a piece of paper which is fine, but how difficult is it to laminate a card. The beach code was also not available so asked front desk and they were helpful. I emailed the POC about the A/C but never received a reply.
Overall, a nice place just wish it was maintained better.
