Come stay in this newly renovated, beautiful apartment located just 1,500 feet from Baptist Hospital and 1 mile from downtown. Seasoned hosts will ensure that every amenity you need and desire is provided. This sparkling, clean apartment allows for the chance to get away while still providing the comforts of home. A first floor apartment, it has a large, open kitchen with brand new appliances and all the utensils, pots/pans, small appliances - and even spices- you need to make any meal!
You will appreciate tasteful touches throughout the home that make this an extra special getaway- including hardwood floors and granite countertops. This home also has its own laundry room and bathroom, as well as a sofa bed that fits two comfortably. Everything you might need to feel comfortable are at your disposal, including fresh towels and sheets, cozy blankets, a sound machine, laundry detergent, and K-Cups.
There are many amenities for your comfort and enjoyment, including a big screen Smart TV with cable and queen-size bed in the bedroom. Ample storage will allow you to unpack your suitcase and stay for as long as you desire! For your convenience, a parking lot is located in the rear of the building.

To maintain the quality of this home and keep a hypoallergenic environment, there are no pets allowed. Smoking and drugs are not permitted, and we ask that all guests respect neighbors by following a 10pm quiet time policy.

Corporate transition disrupted by Corona Virus!
Eric, has been one of the most flexible understanding host I have ever dealt with. My company transferred me to Winston Salem to manage one of our facilities in the area. Literally a month after I started the position, and before I could find a home and state the transition from my home state, the Corona virus hit and threw everything into chaos. After paying for rental through May and then having to unexpectedly move back out due to company shutting down for three weeks, Eric willingly credited my days that were already paid for so I won't have to worry about a place to stay or paying when I return in November. He constantly ensures you have everything you needed without infringing upon your privacy. Responds to messages promptly. Always courteous and shows excellent customer service. Though the virus has thrown us into unprecedented times and created a lot of discomfort, fear, and uncertainty, the service I have received has given me a measure of peace in my "home away from home".

My husband and I stayed at our Home Away location from 5/24 through 7/12/19 while we were house hunting in NC... we very much enjoyed our stay... the location was central to everything in Winston Salem and surrounding areas... our location manager Peggy was always available for anything we needed and was able to move us from apartment to apartment when we had to extend our stay... we would definitely recommend this property to anyone staying in the Winston Salem area...

Beautiful hidden gem near Baptist with great kitchen!
The apartment had everything we needed and then some, as far as amenities: fully stocked kitchen (dishes, flatware, glasses, cups, pots, pans, ziplock bags, coffee, etc); comfortable bed and a couch long enough for my poor 6’2” partner to be able to lay down on and watch TV after a good hike at one of the close-by state parks. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and checked-in to make sure we had everything we needed (without being obstructing). Would absolutely recommend to friends and family and will use again in the future!
